宽带IP城域承载网及其接入网络规划与性能分析

【摘要】 电信运营商的重组使电信行业进入了全业务竞争时代。随着移动互联网业务需求的迅猛增长,移动通信网和互联网的融合进一步加剧,正朝着互联网络移动化、移动通信网络互联网化的趋势迈进。2010年1月13日国务院常务会议决定加快推进电信网、广播电视网和互联网的三网融合,这意味着代表电信业、互联网业和有线电视业三个行业的网络融合无疑将加剧运营商之间的全业务竞争。这给广电网络的发展带来了机遇,同时也存在巨大的挑战。有线广播电视网络目前仍以开展电视视频业务为主,业务的单一性难以满足用户的多业务需求。广电数据网络能够为小区范围内的固定用户提供互联网宽带接入,但尚不能提供语音业务,更不支持移动用户的宽带接入。在全业务竞争中,无论从网络基础设施,还是网络运营经验,包括网络维护和业务开发能力,广电有线电视行业均处于劣势。因此,利用广电网络的网络资源、带宽及内容优势,采用最新技术全面改建、扩建或者新建全城统一的宽带IP城域承载骨干网。通过改造、扩建已有的有线接入网(包括HFC和以太网络),新建宽带无线接入网络,造就可以承载全业务的基础实施,成为当今广电行业网络规划和建设的最紧迫任务。本文主要围绕三网融合背景下广电多业务发展所需求的IP城域承载网和宽带无线接入网规划建设的相关内容展开研究。首先阐述了三网融合给广电网络发展带来的机遇及IP城域承载网的现状和广电建设宽带无线接入网的必要性;比较了目前典型应用的宽带无线接入技术;分析了McWiLL作为行业专网应用的优势。其次,针对A市广电网络的现状,为满足宽带无线接入的需求,提出了在其现有IP数据业务承载网平台的基础上建设多业务宽带IP城域承载网的网络和业务规划接入规划方案。最后提出了基于IP城域承载网的宽带无线接入网络的规划建设方案,并通过选择区域试点,对组建的无线接入网络进行了无线覆盖预测和容量预测,通过仿真数据与实测数据对比,验证了方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 Recombination of the telecom operators makes the telecom industry enter a full service competition. With the rapid increasing of service demand of mobile Internet, the integration of Internet and mobile communication network is further intensified, and the mobile Internet is becoming the main trend of communication networks. On January 13, 2010, the State Council Standing Committee decided to speed up the integration of the telecom network, CATV network and Internet(I-TNCNI), which will exacerbate the full service competition between the three industry operators. The integration not only brings the CATV network opportunities but also challenges.CATV network operators still carry out the CATV video service as the main service currently, which is difficult to meet the multi-service requirements of subscribers. CATV network can offer Internet access for fixed subscribers within the district, but can not provide voice service and broadband mobile access service. In the competition, in terms of network infrastructure, operating experience, network maintenance and capability of service development, CATV network industry is at a disadvantage. Therefore, it is one of the most urgent tasks for CATV network operators to make full use of the network resources, bandwidth and content advantages, and adopt the latest technology to rebuild, expand or build a new broadband IP metro area carrying network(B-IP MACN) and the existing cable access network including HFC(Hybrid fiber Coax) and Ethernet. The other ergent task is to build the Broadband Wireless Access Network(BWAN) and make the network infrastructure be suitable for carrying multi-service in the future.Under the background of I-TNCNI, the research focuses of the thesis are mainly related to the planning and construction of B-IP MACN and BWAN. Firstly, the opportunities which I-TNCNI brought to CATV network operators, the status of B-IP MACN and the necessity of constructing BWAN were introduced. The existing typical broadband wireless access technologies were compared and the advantages of McWiLL applied in trade special network were analyzed. Secondly, regarding the status of CATV network in A City, the planning scheme of B-IP MACN was proposed to meet the needs of BWA according to the current carrying network of IP data service. Finally, the planning scheme of B-IPMACN-based BWAN was proposed and the coverage capability and the capacity of BWAN were predicted and simulated by choosing typical region. By comparing the measurement data with the prediction data of a base station, the feasibility of the planning scheme was verified.
