基于虚拟仪器的悬索桥缆索交流阻抗腐蚀测试系统研究

【摘要】 针对现代悬索桥防腐蚀的监测和检测需求,分析交流阻抗测试技术和交流阻抗测试系统的发展现状,结合交流阻抗法开展基于虚拟仪器技术的悬索桥缆索腐蚀监测系统研究,对于悬索桥缆索腐蚀情况的掌握,改进防腐方法,保障桥梁正常运营和避免安全事故发生等具有重要意义。本文研究了一套基于虚拟仪器的交流阻抗腐蚀测试系统。系统由三电极传感体系、恒电位仪、PCI-6259采集卡、PC构成。通过数据采集卡的输出通道产生激励信号控制恒电位仪施加到电极系统,对三电极系统进行扰动,通过数据采集卡采集响应电流、电压数据,由计算机对采集到的数据分析并显示、保存结果。系统具有实验参数设定、数据采集、数据处理、图形显示、数据保存等功能,和可移植性、实用性强,性价比高的特点。研究了腐蚀速率评定方法和腐蚀速率测定。腐蚀速度主要用失重法、深度法、电流密度等来表示。分析了腐蚀速率测定的误差来源,重点分析了在悬索桥缆索交流阻抗测试中影响悬索桥缆索极化电阻RP精度的误差因素,并提出了减小误差的有效措施。基于虚拟仪器的悬索桥缆索交流阻抗腐蚀测试系统,可以测定悬索桥缆索在各种不同环境下的腐蚀参数(溶液电阻Rl、极化电阻RP、电极双电层Cd),得到悬索桥缆索的腐蚀速率,为考察悬索桥缆索在大气污染环境中腐蚀行为和缆索系统在实际使用环境条件下的腐蚀状况预测提供依据,为进一步改进悬索桥缆索防腐蚀设计,开展现代悬索桥缆索腐蚀实时监测、腐蚀预测和处治技术方面研究提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 According to the modern suspension bridge corrosion monitoring and testing status, and AC impedance technique and impedance test system development, virtual instrument technology, is booming, combined with AC impedance corrosion monitoring system to carry out research Suspension Bridge cable, It sis very important to master the corrosion of suspension bridge cable, to improve anti-corrosion methods to ensure normal operation and to avoid security incidentsThe AC impedance corrosion test system based on virtual instrument, The system consisted of three electrode sensor system, potentiostat, PCI-6259 card, PC composition. The control signal generated by data acquisition cards was superposed on potentiostat .The data sampled by data acquisition cards was processed , displayed and saved by computer. The system included a set of experimental parameters, data acquisition, data processing, graphic display, data storage ,it is portable, practical, cost-effective .Studied the determination and evaluation methods of the corrosion rate. It mainly use three ways to express the rate corrosion ,such as weight loss, depth, current density, etc. Author analysed the error sources of corrosion rate ,emphatically analyzed the error factors of suspension bridge cable’s polarization resistance RP in AC impedance test , and provided some effective measures to reduce the error.The AC impedance corrosion test system based on virtual instrument could test suspension bridge cable’s corrosion parameters during different environments, and get, suspension bridge cable’s corrosion rate , which offered technology support to the study in corrosion behavior at atmospheric pollution , to improve the anti-corrosion technology.,.It also provide support in real-time monitoring and corrosion evaluation of modern suspension bridge cable.
