干式双离合器自动变速器结构设计与研究

【摘要】 双离合器自动变速器(DCT)是新一代的自动变速器。它综合了液力机械自动变速器(AT)和电控机械自动变速器(AMT)的优点,能够实现动力换挡、减少了换档时间、提高了换档品质、极大地提高了汽车的舒适性和操纵性,已成为汽车自动变速器新的发展方向,具有广阔的市场前景。因此深入研究双离合器自动变速器将是实现汽车自主创新的一个重要方向。本文以双离合器式自动变速器的结构和工作原理为基础,针对干式双离合器自动变速器主要进行了以下研究工作:①系统全面地分析了双离合器自动变速器的结构和工作原理,对其结构特点进行了总结;分析了双离合器自动变速器采用双面离合器和双离合器等传动方案的特点;重点分析了干式和湿式离合器的特点及其适用范围;对双离合器自动变速器的执行机构传动方案进行了对比分析。②分析了采用干式双离合器的双中间轴式DCT的结构特点;对双中间轴式DCT的传动比和齿轮轴系的设计方法和参数选择原则进行了分析,并确定其基本的设计方法;对干式离合器的布置形式和结构特点进行分析,确定其基本的设计方法。③根据原型车的参数,按照确定的干式DCT的设计方法,对干式双离合器变速器的齿轮轴系进行了设计计算,得到其基本的设计结构;按照确定的干式离合器的设计方法,对离合器的摩擦片和膜片弹簧进行设计计算和参数选择;最后建立了双中间轴式DCT的齿轮轴系的实体模型。④建立了双中间轴式DCT的齿轮轴系的仿真模型,并对其进行了运动学和动力学的仿真分析;对比分析了仿真结果与理论计算的拟合程度,以验证设计方法和所建立的齿轮轴系的正确性。为DCT系统的结构优化设计和动态分析提供参考和依据。

【Abstract】 Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) is a new type of automatic transmission. It inherits the advantages of Automatic Transmission (AT) and Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT). It has the ability of power shifing that can reduce shift time and improve shift quality. And the comfort and maneuverability of vehicle will be greatly improved. The DCT has become a new research direction in vehicle automatic transmission field, and it shall have a favorable foreground of broad market. Therefore, the further study of dual clutch automatic transmission will be an important direction for achieveing of independent innovation.In this thesis, the study of dry type Dual Clutch Transmission is based on the Structural characteristics and working principle of DCT. The major study for dry dual clutch automatic transmission is the following content.①Dual clutch automatic transmission structure and working principle are systematicly and comprehensively analyzed and structural characteristics are also summarized; Features of transmission schemes for DCT using double side clutch and dual clutch and so on are analyzed; Dry and wet clutch characteristics and range of application are emphatically analyzed; comparative analysis of transmission scheme of actuator of the DCT are given.②Structural features of dry dual clutch DCT with dual intermediate shaft are summarized; design methods of transmission ratio, gears-shafting and parameter selective principles for DCT with dual intermediate shaft are analyzed and the basic design methods are determined; Layout form of dry clutch and structural characteristics are made an analysis and its basic design method are determined.③According to the parameters of the prototype vehicle and determined design methods of dry DCT with dual intermediate shaft, the design and calculations of gears-shafting are performed to establish the basic design structure of DCT; The design, calculations and parameter selective principles of friction disk and diaphragm spring are performed by established design methods of dry clutch; Three-dimensional modeling of gears-shafting for the DCT with dual intermediate is finally established.④Simulation modeling of gears-shafting is established, and the dynamic and kinematic analysis of simulation modeling are made; Comparative analysis of fitting degree for the simulation results and theoretical calculations are carried out to verify d verify correctness of the design methods and the establishment of the gears-shafting. Reference and basis can be provided for gears-shafting structural optimization design and dynamic analysis.
