【摘要】 人口老龄化是社会经济发展的产物,我国是世界上老年人口最多、增长最快的国家之一,未富先老的人口老龄化特征,必将使我国国民经济和社会发展面临巨大挑战。第二届世界老龄大会提出了积极老龄化的观念,这一观念成为全球各国制定老龄政策的依据。作为社会的特殊群体,老年人的生活质量和居住状况已成为政府和社会各界共同关注的问题。本论文以城市老年人住宅户型空间组合设计研究为中心展开论述,从交叉学科的角度出发,以多学科的视角来探讨老龄化问题及老年人群特点。通过详实的实态调研材料,以及国内外养老模式与政策的分析,发掘存在于城市老龄化现状中的老年人居住问题。文章重点从老年人住宅的各功能空间开始分析老年人住宅设计当中应该注意的问题,综合老年住宅各室设计的要点,总结出老年住宅户型空间设计需要遵循安全性、健康性、便捷性、实用性和灵活性等设计原则。论文的最后,笔者在户型设计、现有老年住宅的改造等方面进行了有益的尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aging of the population is a product of Socio-economic development, China is one of the most populous and fastest-growing country. People become senile before they become rich, It is the characteristics of the aging of the population. This characteristics will make national economic and social development facing enormous challenges in China. Second World Assembly Put forward the concept of active aging and this concept has become the world’s countries to develop policy on the basis of aging . As special group of society, older people’s quality of life and living conditions has caused the Government and the community of common concern .Elderly housing units to urban space as the central composite design study carried out in this pape, The author try to explore the problem of aging and elderly population characteristics from the perspective of cross-disciplinary. State is through detailed research material, as well as domestic and foreign pension model and policy analysis, to explore the existence of the status quo in the city’s aging housing problem of the elderly.The article focused on from the old house began to analyze the function of space among the elderly housing design should pay attention to the issue of comprehensive elderly residential design elements of the room, summed up the design space of older residential units need to follow the safety, health and convenience, practical and flexibility, such as design principles. Finally, the author made some useful attempts in the type design, and the transformation of existing elderly housing units.更多还原
