航天企业分布式计量业务管理系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 航天企业属于装备制造业范畴,对经济发展和国家战略具有重要影响。计量管理作为企业全面质量管理中重要的组成部分,是生产制造企业质量管理的技术基础,是装备制造业质量保障的重要手段。计量管理的信息化工作是建立完善的计量检测体系、科学规范的计量管理系统的有力保证。航天企业的计量管理及其信息化工作是这两个领域的重要交汇点,本文对此进行了理论和应用方面的研究。中国航天科工集团第二研究院是典型的航天企业,本文以航天二院的计量管理为主要对象,研究和介绍了航天企业计量业务管理信息系统。文中简要介绍了计量管理理论、计量管理信息化的研究、航天企业计量管理的特性,然后通过对计量管理信息系统一般组成的分析提炼,结合航天二院的业务需求,抽象并建立了航天企业计量业务管理系统的基本模型。随后研究和讨论了航天企业计量检测设备检定周期的界定方法,并且将其在系统中进行了实践。航天二院院厂两级的计量业务结构决定了航天企业计量业务管理信息系统使用两级分布式的体系架构。本文针对分布式系统的相关技术进行了介绍和研究,通过比对多种分布式技术,选择、设计和实现了一套基于消息中间件的分布式技术解决方案。随后,文中讨论了在分布式环境之下,信息系统的一系列相关应用策略,包括数据传输、权限体系和工作流引擎的设计。本文最后介绍了计量管理信息系统设计、开发、测试和实施的主要过程,将理论研究与实际应用进行了结合,总结出对于多个应用单位的分布式系统的需求调研和部署实施的相关经验。企业信息化建设是一项难度很大的系统工程。本系统实施后,既满足了航天二院的使用需求,也对文中探索的相关理论进行了实践,取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 Aerospace manufacturing industry belonged to the field of equipment manufacturing, which had a great impact on economic development and national strategies. As an important component of total quality management system, metrology management was the technological base of manufacturing enterprise industry quality management and the important means of quality assurance. The informatization of metrology management was a great help to establish a scientific and standardized management system. This thesis had made theoretical and applied research on the area of metrology management and the informatization deeply.The No.2 Institute of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation (CASIC-2) is a typical aerospace manufacturing enterprise. In this thesis, the metrology management information system of aerospace manufacturing industry was introduced and researched, based on the metrology management of CASIC-2. The theory of metrology management, the research of information system on metrology management, and the features of aerospace manufacturing industry would be introduced briefly in this thesis, and the basic model of metrology management information system of aerospace manufacturing industry was abstracted and established.The distributed metrology service structure of CASIC-2 determined the binary-distributed framework of metrology management information system of aerospace manufacturing industry. In this thesis, the interrelated technology of distributed system was introduced and research, a solution which was based on message-oriented middleware was selected, designed and implemented. Subsequently, the thesis discussed a series of applied strategy of information system including data transmission, permission system and workflow engine in the distributed environment.In the end of this thesis, the software process of design, development, testing, deployment of metrology management information system of aerospace manufacturing industry was introduced, simultaneously, the theoretical research and the practical application was combined availably. And the thesis summarized some experience of requirement collection and deployment for distributed system of multiple applied units.
