【摘要】 地铁限界是确定行车轨道周围构筑物(如隧道、桥梁)净空的大小,限界是地铁设计的重要组成部分。伊朗地铁项目与国内地铁设计思路完全相反,由于车辆的变化、隧道的施工误差、原设计的问题,全线几十公里均需在限界分析的基础上,做出是否需调线,如何调线的决策,以伊朗地铁工程为背景,因伊朗地铁工程的特殊性而进行技术研发构成了本项目的选题。限界检测,是根据隧道结构内轮廓线测量数据,在综合考虑线路条件、车辆尺寸及技术参数、轨道参数、管线布置等的基础上,检测设备限界与隧道结构内轮廓线间的有效净空是否满足标准要求,检测轨顶面距离隧道底板的高度是否满足轨道结构标准要求,若不满足则提出调整方案,为线路、轨道的调整提供依据。本文按照项目管理的思路,对项目目标、资源、章程和计划进行了阐述。限界检测软件开发方面的技术路线是:开发基于WINDOWS系统、新地铁设计规范、ACCESS数据库和CAD技术的面向对象的限界检测软件,形成可视化的视窗软件系统。论文重点对限界检测方法、流程、计算方法进行了分析,结合新版规范对计算进行阐述。本文对限界检测软件的总体设计、数据库设计、详细设计、等软件开发进行深入分析,结合伊朗项目的对软件的应用流程和数据分析方法进行了阐述,最后对限界检测和工程应用结果进行总结,并对软件的应用前景进行展望。软件形成的结果包括限界检测图形、限界检测表、线路专业的数据接口、轨道专业的数据接口,软件整合了测量数据文件接口。本项目因伊朗德黑兰地铁工程的特殊性而立项开发,但同时也具有一定的前瞻性,为今后类似于伊朗工程的如利用既有隧道建设地铁线路、新线下穿既有线等做技术储备,具有实际的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metro gauge is deciding the clearance from metro vehicle to the structure; gauge is the important design part for metro.The design method and process of Iran metro project is counter to ordinary metro project, because of the change of vehicle, tolerance of structure and the problem of original design, it is necessary to decide if or not all the route line design should be modified based on gauge checking, and if it is necessary than to decide how to adjust the route line. So solve the problem is the purpose of the project.The idea of gauge checking is to decide the clearance from vehicle structure gauge to tunnel inner outline according to the survey data of tunnel structure, line design, characteristics of vehicle and arrange of equipments and pipes. If the clearance is larger than the gauge standard, than the line design should be adjusted.The article bases on the management of program, give a description of aim of program, resource, constitution and plan.The development technique route of gauge checking software is to make the system based on WINDOWS, new code for design of metro, ACCESS data-base and CAD technique in order to form the window software system.The key of article is analysis of the gauge checking method, procedure and calculation method. The article combines the visual basic technique with new code for design of metro to explain the calculation. The article gives deeply analysis on macro-design of the metro gauge checking software, design of database, detailed design. Combined with the design of Iran metro, make analysis on the application flow, analysis of data. At last, reach a conclusion of the metro gauge checking engineering and give a general view of the software system. The result of the software system including metro gauge checking profile, metro gauge checking list, the interface to the line and the track, and conformed the interface of the survey data. The program begins on Iran metro engineering and has further meanings. Make technical storage for projects such as Iran metro project for example utilizing existed tunnels to construct new metro lines, constructing metro lines under-cross existed metro lines, the program has practical application foreground.更多还原
