【摘要】 在知识经济条件下，技术创新已经成为企业获取利润与发展的源泉，尤其是高新技术企业。企业技术创新测度是技术创新研究中的一个热门课题，科学合理地测度企业技术创新状况，不仅能为各级政府及时、准确地掌握本地区以及各行业企业技术创新发展状况提供合理的依据，而且还有利于企业经营者发现企业自身在技术创新过程中所存在的深层次的问题。首先，本文对国内外有关企业技术创新的理论及其演进的过程做了较为深入和系统地评述，并重点介绍了企业技术创新的测度理论。其次，通过对企业技术创新过程进行分析，提出了构建高新技术企业技术创新测度指标体系的4项原则，从创新投入和创新产出2个方面构建了13项指标共2个层次的高新技术企业技术创新测度的指标体系。再次，分析了综合评价中的指标选择方法的现状，提出了一种用聚类分析和非参数检验等构成的指标动态筛选方法，以某地区的高新技术企业为例说明了该方法的实际应用。接着在此基础上以主成分分析法为模型对该地区的高新技术企业进行了实证分析，利用SPSS软件包进行了相关的数据处理，并且得到一些有价值的结论，为各级决策部门提供科学的决策参考，具有较强的实践意义。最后，文章对后续研究进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge-driven economy, technological innovation capability hasbecome the source of the enterprise’s profit and development, especially the high-techenterprises. The measurement of enterprises in technical innovation is a new content in thetechnology innovation research. The enterprise technology innovation measure statusscientiticly and rationally not only can provide rational basis to help the all of the variouslevels governments know our region and every industry enterprise technologicalinnovation developing status timely and accurately, but also be easy for the enterpriseoperator to discover enterprise oneself deeper problems.First of all, the dissertation made deep analysis, full comparison and brief commentof the enterprise’s technological innovation and the evolutionary progcess at home andabroad, and has introduced the measuring theory of enterprise’s technological innovationespecially. And then, carrying on the analysis to the enterprise technology innovationprocess, the paper puts forward four principles to construct the index system ofmeasurement of the high-tech enterprises, and has established the index system from theinnovation inputs and the innovation output three aspects with thirteen indicators in thefour levels. Considering much of the existing deficiency of the basal principles aboutindexes selection in synthetically evaluation, the paper provides a new method composedby clustering analysis and non-parameter test and so on, and the high-tech enterprises in acertain area was evaluated with the method. And then, in this foundation it does theempirical analyzing with principal component analysis model for high-tech enterpriseusing SPSS software package for the relevant data processing, and drawn some valuableconclusions, which offer some scientific reference for the decision-making units and are ofgreat practical meanings.
