在线学习中的引领活动设计

【摘要】 随着信息社会的到来和网络的普及,网络教育已经成为人们学习的重要方式,无论是在传统学校教育中还是在现代远程教育中都发挥着重要作用。通过文献研究和问卷调查发现,在目前的网络教育中存在着将课堂进行“网络搬家”或给学习者完全自由、让学生自主学习等现象,这种缺乏教师引领的在线学习,都不能充分发挥网络的优势,激发学生的积极性,从而影响学生在线学习的效果,因此,如何发挥教师的引领作用、开展以学习者为中心的在线学习活动,已成为目前国内外远程教育研究的热点。本研究在引领式在线学习、活动理论和社会建构主义等相关理论的指导下,首先总结出在线引领活动的构成要素和基本原则,其次通过分析在线学习者的网络学习行为,将在线学习活动分为信息获取、信息发布、信息交互、信息生成和信息评价等五种基本活动,并针对每种活动进行了相应的引领活动设计,最后在具体网络课程的Moodle平台上进行了实践检验,实践证明所设计的在线引领活动对提高学习者的在线学习效果有积极的影响。

【Abstract】 With information society’s coming and the permeation of Internet, network education has been an important learning mode of people;whether in the traditional school education or in the distance education, it plays an very important role. From the research of thesis and questionnaires, we know that there are some phenomena in the web-based education, such as bringing the class into network directly and giving students complete freedom for their independent learning; this kind of uninstructor-led online learning can’t give full play to the advantages of network, and can’t inspire the positivity of the students, so it has bad effects on the students’online learning. Therefore, how to exert the effects of teachers’leading and how to carry out learner-centered online learning activities have been the hotspots in the distance education research at home and abroad.Under the guidance of instructor-led online learning, activity theory, social constructivism theory, firstly this study sums up the constituent elements of online instructor-led activities and the basic principles; secondly by analyzing the learning behaviors of online learners, online learning activities were divided into five kinds of basic activities: information acquisition, information dissemination, information exchange, information generation and information evaluation, and we designed corresponding instructor-led activities for each basic activity; finally we practiced the online instructed-led activities in the specific web-based course, and the practice had proved that the designed online instructed-led activities had a positive influence on improving the quality of students’online learning.
