【摘要】 荣辱观自古就有,荣辱之心也是每人皆有的。只不过不同的时代,不同的民族,不同的世界观、人生观、价值观,荣辱观有所不同,现在我国正处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段,进行社会主义建设,所以坚持的必定是社会主义社会的荣辱观。2006年,胡锦涛总书记在全国政协十届四次会议期间指出,要教育广大干部群众特别是青少年树立社会主义荣辱观,坚持以热爱祖国为荣、以危害祖国为耻,以服务人民为荣、以背离人民为耻,以崇尚科学为荣、以愚昧无知为耻,以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻,以团结互助为荣、以损人利己为耻,以诚实守信为荣、以见利忘义为耻,以遵纪守法为荣、以违法乱纪为耻,以艰苦奋斗为荣、以骄奢淫逸为耻,即“八荣八耻”。这是对荣辱观念的精辟概括,是对中华民族优秀历史文化的继承,是对前代荣辱观念的发展,是对不文明行为的摒弃,是对世界先进文明的吸纳,是新时期对公民在道德准则、荣辱标准的新要求。胡锦涛总书记的“八荣八耻”是对社会主义荣辱观的系统总结,揭示了其深刻内涵,是对社会主义道德体系的强调,体现了社会主义道德与时俱进的品格,体现了社会主义道德对中华民族传统美德的继承和新时期社会主义现代化建设的发展,具有很强的理论研究性和现实针对性、指导性。对于深刻贯彻落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,促进社会主义现代化建设,实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要的现实和理论意义。本文在把握社会主义荣辱观的科学内涵、精神实质、时代特征和战略意义的基础上,提出了加强社会主义荣辱观教育的论点。并结合现实中荣辱问题,针对荣辱观当前状况,分析存在的问题,以马克思主义为指导,提出加强社会主义荣辱观宣传和教育,并在实践的前提下创新社会主义荣辱观教育机制,给予制度保障,遵循社会主义荣辱观教育规律,积极探索新的途径,最终选择深入开展社会主义荣辱观教育的最佳路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outlook for honor and dishonor had since old times, heart of the honor or disgrace is also each person all has. But the different time, the different nationality, the different world outlook, the outlook on life, the values, the outlook for honor and dishonor differs from, now our country will be being at and will be at the socialism initial stage for a long time, will carry on the socialist construction, will therefore insist is socialist society’s outlook for honor and dishonor surely. in 2006, General Secretary Hu Jintao in national Political Consultative Conference ten four conference period pointed out that must educate the general cadres and the general is specially the young people sets up the socialism outlook for honor and dishonor, insisted that take deeply loves the motherland as the honor, take to harm the motherland as the shame, take serves the people as the honor, take to depart from the people as the shame, take advocates the science benightedly as the honor, take as the shame, take the industrious work as the honor, take loves leisure and hates work as the shame, take strengthens cooperation ands solidarity as the honor, take harms others to benefit oneself as the shame, take the honest code of honor as the honor, take forgets honor at the sight of profits as the shame, take observes law and discipline as the honor, take breaks the law as the shame, take the arduous struggle as the honor, take the sybaritism as the shame, namely“Eight Honors and Eight shame”. Regarding implements and realizes the scientific development concept profoundly, the construction socialism harmonious society, the promotion socialist modernization, realizes the Chinese nation great rejuvenation to have the important reality and the theory significance.This article in grasps the socialism outlook for honor and dishonor the scientific connotation, the spiritual essence, the historical characteristics and in the strategic sense foundation, proposed strengthens the socialism outlook for honor and dishonor education the argument.
