金属表面化学成膜处理剂的测定及消耗规律的研究

【摘要】 全文共分三部分:第一章,综述了金属表面预处理技术的研究概况和主要应用,并阐述了本课题研究的内容。第二章,①采用控制酸度、氧化还原掩蔽、浓碱分离等方法排除干扰,用滴定法分别测定成膜剂中铈、锆、铝的含量;②苯羟乙酸与氟硼酸根以氢键结合,加入[Fe(Phen)生成络合物,被1,2-二氯乙烷萃取后通过测定[Fe(Phen)的吸光度来间接定量成膜剂中氟硼酸根的含量。将铝材在成膜剂中反复处理,测定处理过程中成膜剂各主要成分的含量,找出消耗规律,制备校正液。并对成膜机理进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明:成膜剂在使用过程中主体成分消耗的物质的量比为铈:锆:硼=1:5:4。第三章,测定磷化液使用过程中各组分的浓度,找出消耗规律和校正方法。通过SEM、XPS、XRD和阴极极化曲线等表征方法对磷化膜的形貌、组成、物相和抗蚀性能等进行分析。结果表明:磷化液在使用过程中主体成分的消耗比例为PO3-:Zn2+:F-:Ni2+=353:141:44:1;形成最佳磷化膜的酸比范围是TA/FA = 10-15。

【Abstract】 The paper has three parts:Chapter one, reviewed and analyzed the pretreatment technology of the metal surface,explained the contents of the present research;Chapter two,①The cerium, zirconium and aluminum in filmogen were determined bytitration with the methods of control of acidity, redox masking and separation of concentratedalkali which can exclude the interference.②the hydrogen bond can be generated betweenmandelic acid and tetrafluoroborate, add [Fe(Phen)3]2+, the complex compound can begenerated, after use the 1,2-dichloroethane to extract the complex compound, the absorbanceof the [Fe(Phen)3]2+ can be used to determine the content of the tetrafluoroborate indirectly. Inorder to find the filmogen consumption law and the correction method, the aluminum is put inthe filmogen and repeats the treatment. In the process, the content of the main components ismeasured, find the regularity of consumption and prepare the correction fluid. The experimentshowed the molar ratio of consumption between cerium, zirconium and boron which are theprincipal components of the filmogen is 1:5:4 during the process of using.Chapters three, the content of the components of the phosphating solution weredetermined, the consumption law and correction method was found. The methods includingSEM, XPS XRD and cathodic polarization were adopted to analyze the shape, components,phase and corrosion resistance of the phosphide coating. The experiment showed the massratio of consumption between PO4 3-, Zn2+, F- and Ni2+ , the principal components of thephosphating solution was 353:141:44:1; the ratio of the TA/FA in phosphating was 10-15.
