柴油机双机并车系统的数学模拟和智能化控制研究

【摘要】 随着船舶和潜艇的发展,单一动力的动力装置在某些特殊舰艇和潜艇上已经无法达到相应的工作要求,特别是用于军事的舰艇和潜艇,联合动力装置因此应运而生。经过50年的发展,柴柴联合动力装置、柴燃联合动力装置和柴电联合动力装置等都有了广泛的应用。双机并车系统是联合动力装置的关键部分,如何实现双机的并车运行、如何在单机运行和双机运行过程中进行工况切换、如何通过双机并车系统进行单机间的切换运行以及如何实现双机并车一系列工况中的功率分配,是研究双机并车系统需要解决的问题。本文首先通过对异型柴油机双机并车系统进行建模,得到了异型柴油机双机并车中单机运行和单机运行向双机并车运行切换工况下的仿真实验结果,通过不断的理论分析和实验调试得到了可靠的异型柴油机双机并车系统的仿真模型;第二,本文着重分析了双机并车试验系统的控制方案,提出了多种基于调速装置的控制策略方案,对各种方案进行了模拟仿真,得到并分析了仿真结果;除此以外,本文还结合常规动力潜艇的实际工作情况,对在常规动力潜艇上得到广泛应用的柴电联合动力系统进行了研究,通过对潜艇用电动机以及柴电联合动力装置整体的建模仿真,完成了柴电联合动力装置柴油机单机运行向电动机单机运行平稳切换的工况模拟,获得了实验结果曲线并对实验结果进行了分析,在对模型进行调试和修改后,得到了可靠的柴电联合动力装置双机并车系统模型。得到的模型能很好的反映双机并车试验系统的工作情况,可以通过对模型的仿真实验分析双机并车系统在不同工况运行中的系统技术参数,从而可以对双机并车系统进行优化设计。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of ship and submarine, the power plant of some special ships and submarines with one kind of power can not do well in their work field, especially in some martial ships and submarines, which brought on the naissance of combined power plant. Under the development of combined power plant since 1960s, CODAD(combined diesel and diesel), CODAG(combined diesel and gas turbine) and CODOE(combined diesel or electromotor) had got a wide application.Twin engine incorporation is the key point of combined power plant, how to make the twin engine works, how to make the switching between single engine work state and twin engine work state, how to make the work state switching between the two engines by using the twin engine system and how to get a good power distribution when the system in any work states are the problems should be solved in the research of twin engine system.In this thesis, firstly, I founded a model of twin engine incorporation system based on different diesel engines, and got the simulation result of two work states in the twin engine system, single diesel engine work state and switching work state between single diesel engine and twin engine, then got a credible model of twin engine system by a lot of analyzing and simulation experiment; secondly, I mainly analyzed the control strategy of twin engine experiment system, proposed some kinds of control strategy based on speed control device, got the simulation result by the simulation of every control strategy; besides these, I had done some research of CODAE which was widely used in normal power submarine by the practical work state of normal power submarine. And then I made the model of electromotor used in submarine and CODOE system, in order to get the simulation result of smooth switching between the work state of single electromotor and the work state of single diesel. At last I got a credible model of CODOE by analyzed the simulation result.The model I got can commendably show the work states of twin engine system. We can optimize the design of twin-engine system by doing some experiment on the twin engine system model, analyzing the simulation results of the experiments when the system in different work states.
