造船钢板管理系统的建模与实现

【摘要】 中国造船企业整体信息化处于“信息孤岛”和“功能孤岛”状态,缺乏信息集成,严重制约了生产效率的提高。中国要成为第一造船大国,必须在信息集成管理方面树立竞争优势。在造船生产过程中,钢板预处理是生产的第一道环节,钢板物流运转的好坏直接影响后道生产控制。在整个物资成本中,钢板所占比例较大,钢板流通量控制将直接影响造船原材料库存成本及资金运转。随着生产的不断提速,如将钢板通过信息化手段进行管理,将大大提高生产准备效率,保障生产连续节拍性生产,而且可以有效降低造船库存等成本,降低库存资金的占用。在国内外船厂竞争激烈、相互封锁关键技术背景下,本文通过对上海外高桥造船有限公司(简称SWS)引进的韩国造船系统的消化和吸收,按照物流管理核心思想,通过调查研究及未来发展趋势的思考,结合公司特点,建立了公司钢板物流管理的框架,形成公司钢板业务管理流程与业务数据管理标准。在此基础上,采用软件工程的技术和管理方法,进行业务建模和需求分析,基于.NET的架构,采用WCF开发模式,利用目前主流的分布式系统的架构,开发了具有公司特点的造船钢板管理系统。该系统由生产管理子系统、钢板设计管理子系统,钢板采购子系统和成本分析子系统组成。我们开发的造船钢板管理系统有以下特点:1.该系统针对船厂业务,以生产计划和成本控制为主线,通过“统一管理标准,统一管理流程,统一数据处理,统一资源平衡”,将造船过程中所需的人、财、物、设计及制造等信息融于一个软件系统中,把静态、孤立的信息资源变为可共享的信息资源。通过迅速有效地反馈有关信息,加强协同作业,合理安排人力、财力、物力资源,达到缩短造船周期、提高产品质量、降低造船成本的目的。这样高度集成的造船钢板管理系统在国内的船舶企业中是极少的。2.在中国船舶行业中首家实现电子报关系统,满足设计、采购、生产、财务、和海关等要求,达到物流、信息流、资金流、票据流、业务流的统一,并顺利通过海关检验。3.该系统很好地与原韩国造船管理系统异构集成,具有很强的可移植性、可扩展性及安全可靠性等特点。该系统已在上海外高桥造船有限公司进行了实际运行。实践表明,公司在钢板物资运转效率上有了较大提高,系统应用较好地辅助和支撑了企业总量提升带来的钢板用量增加、成本缩减带来的库存数量压缩的管理要求,实现了预定的“物资效率大幅提高,库存成本明显降低”的目标,查找钢板从平均2个工作日压缩到数分钟,在生产不断加速的情况下,库存还降低6、7万吨。目前,该系统正准备向供应商物流、公司内船体零件物流延伸,并向其他船厂进行推广、应用。

【Abstract】 The information-based integration of Chinese shipbuilding companies is in the status of "the isolated island of information and function" so that the shipbuilding productivity is restricted seriously. China must build up competitive advantages in the information integrated management if she wants to become the No.1 of shipbuilding countries. In the shipbuilding production process, the pre- processing of steel plates is the first procedure. The quality of the logistics operation for steel plate will influence the production control of subsequent procedures directly. The steel plates take the main part of the cost of the whole material in shipbuilding. The control of Steel plate’s circulating quantity will influence material stock cost and funds operation of shipbuilding directly. With the acceleration of manufacturing, we can increase the efficiency of production preparation largely, guarantee to produce continuously with reasonable rhythm, and lower the shipbuilding stock and inventory funds occupation effectively by using information-based management of steel plates.Now international shipyards compete vehemently, and they lock the crucial technique mutually. On this background, this paper digests and absorbs the Korean shipbuilding system imported by the shanghai waigaoqiao shipbuilding corporation(SWS). According to the core thought of the logistics management, the research of the company logistics and the forecasting of the future development trend, the paper is to build up system frame of supply chain management, set up internal frame of steel plate logistics management which matches currently the company’s operation, and develop the shipbuilding steel plate management system of the development formation orientation company characteristic based on the structure of the .NET and distributing system by orientation of company business characteristics. The system consists of manufacture subsystem, steel plate design subsystem, steel plate purchase subsystem and cost analysis subsystem.The shipbuilding steel plate management system have the following characteristics:1. The system aims at the company’s operation and bases on manufacture plan and cost control. It contains the information of personnel,? fund,? material, design and manufacture which require in shipbuilding process. The static isolated information become shareable information resource. This system can shorten the cycle of shipbuilding ,improve the product quality and reduce the shipbuilding cost through feeding back the information rapidly effectively, enhancing cooperation, arranging the resource of personnel, fund and material reasonable. The high level integrated shipbuilding steel plate management system is unique in domestic shipbuilding corporation at present.2. The system realizes the electric entry for the first time in the shipbuilding industry. It satisfies the requirement of design, purchase, manufacture, finance and customs. It can achieve the union of the logistic, information flow, fund flow, bill flow and operation flow and it can pass the checkout of customs.3. The system can integrate the Korean shipbuilding management system isomerizatedly. It has very strong portability,?expansibility and reliability.The system application gives strong support to and assistance with the increase steel plate promoted by the booming of company business, and cost cut down by decrease of the stock quantity. It fulfills the target of" the supplies efficiency rises significantly, the stock cost lowers obviously"., Time for checking steel plate is down from average 2 workdays to a few minutes. And under the situation of production acceleration continuously, the stock still lowers by 60,000 to 70,000 tons. This system has been already carried on a thorough application in the whole company, and it brings the increase of management level and efficiency of logistic management of steel in the whole shipyard, and arouses the whole development of information-based logistics of shipbuilding. Currently, this system is just prepared to carry on and apply in other shipyards.
