【摘要】 推进形成主体功能区建设是国家“十一五”规划提出的一项重要举措,是落实科学发展观、转变经济增长方式、促进人与自然和谐发展的重要前提,是对我国国土空间开发管理思路和战略的一个重大创新,是对区域协调发展战略的丰富和深化。本文在借鉴国内外相关理论研究成果的基础上,以县域为空间研究单元,在对长三角主要沿海城市自然环境、经济发展,以及发展中遇到的问题等进行分析的基础上,通过对资源环境承载力、现有开发密度和发展潜力这三个系统的分析,制定了主体功能区划分指标体系,采用层次分析法,确定指标体系的权重,然后运用状态空间法对49个评价单元的区域承载力进行定量分析,最后运用三维魔方等定性和定量的方法,形成了长三角主要沿海城市的主体功能区格局。最后,本文对长三角主要沿海城市划分的四类主体功能区的现状及存在问题进行分析,并提出针对各个功能区的对策建议。本文的研究内容一共分为七章：第一章导论。主要包括论文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究意义、研究思路以及论文的框架。第二章理论分析。主要包括主体功能区相关概念以及主体功能区划分的理论基础。第三章构建指标体系。主要包括长三角主要沿海城市的自然环境特征、经济社会发展状况、空间布局的现状分析,确定的空间评价单元类型和构建的指标体系内容。第四章主体功能区划方法阐述。主要包括层次分析法、状态空间法和三维魔方的基本原理和计算方法。第五章主体功能划分实践。主要包括采取层次分析法获取指标权重,采用状态空间法对研究区域的承载力进行计算,然后利用三维魔方进行主体功能区划分,得出区划方案。第六章分区评价及对策建议。主要包括对已划分的四类主体功能区的现状及存在问题进行分析,并提出针对各个功能区的对策建议。第七章结论和展望。主要包括本文的主要结论,并提出本研究的不足之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important act to push the formation of principal function area, which was brought forward by government in the 11th "Five-Year Plan". And It is not only an important premise to carry out scientific development, change the mode of economic growth and promote harmony between human being and the nature, but also a major innovation to manage the land and space development idea and strategies for our country. The principal area design could enrich and deepen coordinated regional development strategy.In this paper, based on the existing and mature practices and theories form domestic and abroad, we chose the county as the regionalization unit, and analyzed the natural environment, the economic growth, the social development and the challenge in the main coastal cities of Yangtze River Delta. The capacity of nature environment and resource, the density of current development and the potential of future development were calculated. On the basis of above analysis, the index system for principal function area was constructed, and index’s weights were fixed with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, the capacity of the various regions were calculated with the method of the State Spatial Method, Moreover, Based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, a distribution map of the principal function area in the main coastal cities of Yangtze River Delta was formed. At the same time, according to the requirements of constructing principal function area, we put forward some relevant policy recommendations.Based on the research task, this paper is divided into a total of seven chapters:Chapter 1: Introduction. This chapter includes the research background, the research status, the research significance, the research ideas and the paper’s framework. Chapter 2:Theoretical analysis. This chapter includes the related concepts and the theoretical basis of the main function area. Chapter 3:Build index system. This chapter includes the natural environment, the economic growth, the social development and the analysis of space layout in the main coastal cities of Yangtze River Delta, and determines the type of the space evaluation, and sets up the contents of the index system. Chapter 4:The methods of the main function area. This chapter includes the analytic hierarchy process, the state spatial method;the 3D cube. Chapter 5:The development planning of the main function area. This chapter includes obtaining weights by AHP, and getting the capacity of the various regions by the state spatial method, and forming a layout for the main function area in the main coastal cities of Yangtze River Delta by the 3D cube. Chapter 6:District assessments and suggestions. This chapter includes the relative measures from the point of optimized, prioritized, limited development and banned exploitation area. Chapter 7:Conclusions and weaknesses. This chapter includes the main conclusions of the paper and the weaknesses of the research.更多还原
