【摘要】 任何事物都是在发展变化的,我国的经济有了大踏步的发展,民主政治制度也取得了可喜的成绩,执政党在努力营造一个和谐发展的社会氛围,但是由于经济的过快发展,但社会体制发展相对较慢,因此政治制度跟不上经济的发展形势,所以导致了很多社会矛盾的出现。贫富差距加大,利益主体增多,政治诉求得不到满足,政治参与渠道狭窄等等,同时出现了多种政治格局的局面,即中国共产党不仅要处理好与民主党派和政府之间的关系,还要处理好因为利益主体多元化而出现的各种利益集团的关系。本文通过论述政党与民主党派的关系,强调要继续坚持中国共产党的领导,发挥政党制度的整合功能优势、政治参与优势、民主监督优势。并分析了当今社会产生的不利于政党制度发展的因素,同时提出了要进一步完善政党制度的对策。通过对政党与各利益集团的关系的论述,肯定了一般社会组织对社会发展所做出的积极贡献,分析了党即要坚持对一般社会组织的领导,又要尊重社会组织在各种章程的基础上独立的开展活动,同时指出了由于体制缺陷导致的特殊利益集团对构建和谐社会主义的危害,和对我党产生的消极影响。同时还分析了在我党内存在着“既得利益集团”,它违背了党的宗旨,脱离和人民的关系。警惕具有潜在危害性的其他利益集团,这包含两方面的内容即人民内部矛盾和敌对势力,并提出了相应的对策,对特殊利益集团党要进行规范和限制,对于弱势群体,党要通过政策扶持。对于敌对势力我党要坚决打击。通过对党政关系的论述,理顺党与人大、党与行政机关和司法机关的关系。同时为了适应社会主义市场经济,我党要改善其领导和执政方针。更多还原

【Abstract】 Everything is in the development and change,our economy has been great strides in the development and the democratic political system also has achieved great results.The ruling party is trying to create a harmonious social atmosphere.But as so quickly the economic development is, social institutional development did not adapt to economy, lots of contradictions are emergence.If ruling party did not resolve conflicts in time.It would stop our social developing in harmonious.Contradictions contain different sides.For example,the gap between rich and poor is more and more great. The people who pursue variety interest are increased, political demands are not met and the narrow channels of political participation and so on.While the political structure emerged in a variety of situations,the Chinese Communist Party not only get along with the democratic parties and the government, but also with other interest groups which emergence is due to diverse interests.This article discusses the relationship between political parties and democratic parties,It emphases that It will be continue to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Party System will take advantage of the integration of society, political participation, democratic supervision which play a role in our society. And the author discusses why some factors stop our Party System developing in the article.And it will propose to further improve the political party system response.Through discussing the relationship between political parties and interest groups,we will know general social organization for social development made a positive contribution, of the party that is to uphold the leadership of social organizations in general,Communist Party not only hold on leading general social organization,but also respect for the constitution of social organizations in various Based on the independent activities.Institutional shortcomings were pointed out as a result of special interest groups is harm to build harmonious socialist and play a negative role of the Party.It runs counter to the purpose of the party, and people from the relationship.The article also analyzed "vested interests" existence in Communist Party..Communist Party will Guard against potentially harmful to other interests,it contains the contents of both the People’s internal conflicts and hostile forces,and proposed countermeasures.Communist Party will be regulate and restrict the special interest groups.To the vulnerable groups, the party must adopt policies support. To the hostile forces,our Party must resolutely crack down.Through the discussion of party and government relations,rationalize the Party and the People’s Congress,the party and the relationship between the executive and the judiciary.
