电子仪器自动校准与检测软件平台研究与设计

【摘要】 随着各类电子仪器的不断涌现,自动测试系统正在从专用型向通用型方向转变。但是,由于不同仪器生产厂商所生产的仪器使用不同的接口标准,使电子仪器校准与检测一直局限于某种类型的或者某生产厂商的仪器。因此为了实现自动测试系统的通用性、提高校准与检测工作的效率,迫切需要开发出具有通用性和扩展性,能够兼容各种通用接口类型的电子仪器自动校准与检测软件系统。本文主要阐述了电子测量仪器自动校准与检测软件系统的分析和设计过程,介绍了自动测试系统的基本概念,系统构成,工作原理;分析了自动测试系统的发展趋势和国内外的研究现状。基本上实现了软件兼容常见接口;软件本身与具体仪器资源无关、特别是与校准方法或者检定规程无关的设计目标。系统适合于各种类型和型号的标准仪器和电子测量仪器。用户可以根据自己实际的需求编辑校准测试的项目、校准与检测的测试点、校准与检测流程以及校准方法。用户可以针对不同的标准仪器和被测仪器选择对应的检测流程,提高了系统的工作效率。系统具有很好的通用性和扩展性,适用于我国各级计量检测部门。

【Abstract】 With the continuous emerging of various types of electronic equipments, automatic test systems are being changed from a special-application type to a universal-application direction. However, due to the different "interface standards" have been applied in different instruments produced by equipment manufacturers, electronic equipment calibration and testing have been limited to a certain type of equipment or a particular manufacturer. Therefore, in order to achieve a common automatic test system and improve the efficiency of calibration and testing work. It is high time to develop a universal and extensible electronic equipment automatic calibration and detection software system which can be compatible with all common interface types.This article mainly describes the analysis and design process about auto-calibration of electronic measuring instruments and testing software systems, and describes the automatic test system(ATS) basic concept, system structure, and works principle. In addition, this article analyzes the development trend of the automatic test system and describes the research status at home and abroad, which basically implements the design object of common software-compatible instrument interface by using the function library of VISA I/O interface. What’s more, the system also implements the design object that the software is independent of certain instrument resource, especially independent of verification rules or calibration methods. The system could be suitable for all kinds of standard instruments and electronic measuring instruments. Besides, users could edit the testing project, different standards of equipment and measuring instruments, and select the corresponding detection process according to their own requirements. The efficiency of the system has been improved. It has good versatility and scalability, and could be applicable to all levels of measurement testing departments in our country.
