复杂系统模拟方法研究及其在叶盘系统中的应用

【摘要】 全文以典型复杂系统——叶盘系统为工程应用背景,针对现有动力学分析方法在指导复杂系统动力学特性研究时存在的不足和技术难点,进行了复杂系统相似理论和动力学模拟方法研究。主要研究内容如下:1.从“一般系统理论”的角度出发,探讨了一般系统相似的基本原理,提出了一种适用于分析一般系统相似研究的理论与方法,为研究自然界中各种不同系统的同一现象及规律提供理论依据。2.在一般系统相似理论与方法研究的基础上,提出了一种可用于复杂系统相似度量的新方法,从而为工程实际中复杂系统构建试验模型提供理论依据和技术指导。3.以适用于多能域系统建模的键合图为工具,提出了一种适用于指导复杂系统动力学研究的模拟方法。4.利用所提出的复杂系统动力学模拟方法及相似度量方法对复杂叶盘系统展开了分析和研究,并对其进行了模型试验研究。针对复杂系统具有多能域、系统性等特点,本文在分析复杂系统相似原理和相似程度的基础上,提出了一种能广泛应用于复杂系统动力学特性研究的模拟方法,该方法是将原系统模型映射到另一更容易模拟的模型中去,通过模拟该映射模型的特性来实现对原系统模型动力学特性的研究。利用该方法在指导复杂系统动力学模拟试验时,能快速、简便而又直观地得到系统动力学特性研究结果,从而为工程中复杂系统的动力学研究提供了新的方法和思路。

【Abstract】 A typical complex system -the bladed disk system is as a engineering background in the text.Aiming at shortcomings and technical difficulties of the existing dynamics methods researching at the dynamics characteristices of complex system, the complex systemic research on the similitude theory and dynamics simulative methods is presented.The main research contents as follows:1. The basic principles for similarity of the general systems are advanced based on the perspective of "general systems theory",thus,the similitude theory and method which can be applied to research on general systems is established.The method provides a theoretical basis for studing the same phenomenon and laws of various systems in nature.2. A new method of comples systems similarity measurement is presented based on the similitude theory and method of general systems.So the method provides a theoretical basis and technical guidance for building test models in engineering practice.3. The dynamic similarity conditions for different energy systems are analysed based on the bond graph which is an effective tool for modeling of system with multi-energy domains,and a simulation method which can be widely used to study dynamics characteristices of complex systems are advanced.4. The similarity analysis and research of complex bladed disk system is carried out by utilizing the methods of dynamics simulation and similarity measurement,and model test is studied.Aiming at complex system with characteristics such as multi-energy domains coupling,systematization and so on, a simulation method which can be widely used to study dynamics characteristices of complex systems are advanced based on researching on the basic principles for similarity and similarity measurement. This method is to map the original system model to another more easily simulated model, through simulating the characteristices of the mapping model to achive the purpose of studying dynamics characteristices of the original system model. The dynamics characteristices can be derived efficiently、conveniently and intuitional when the method is utilized to dynamics simulative test of complex mechanical systems,so new ideal and methods have been provided for dynamics research of complex mechanical systems.
