刚架拱桥的检测与加固技术研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的迅速发展,道路交通量和车辆荷载的大幅度增加,上个世纪六、七十年代甚至更早修建的桥梁已经产生不同程度的破坏,成为阻碍交通运输的瓶颈所在。拱桥具有外形美观、桥身结构坚固、承载能力强、取材方便、造价及养护费用低等优点,在旧桥中占据了相当大的数量。对现有桥梁采取相应的补强加固措施,可以节省大量的基建投资,从而改善我国基本建设资金严重不足的状况,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。因此,桥梁结构的检测及维修加固成为我国桥梁工程中一项重要任务。本文以怀化湖天大桥(50(钢筋混凝土刚架拱桥)+17×16米(预应力钢筋混凝土空心板))为对象,通过现场检测试验和有限元模型分析,对该桥的检测、有限元模型分析以及加大截面加固法和外贴碳纤维布加固法进行了研究。主要工作和研究内容如下:1.归纳总结了拱桥的病害及破坏特征,并对造成病害的原因以及破坏的特点进行分析。总结出拱桥病害的检测方法及针对这些病害的加固方法。2.介绍了旧桥加固的几种常用方法,并简要介绍各种加固方法的设计和施工工艺,阐明各加固方法的优缺点及其使用范围。详述了增大截面法和外贴碳纤维布法的理论和施工方法,并对这些方法进行了对比研究,同时对桥梁加固的后评价体系进行了简单的介绍。3.对怀化湖天大桥进行了外观、静载和动载检测,并依据湖天大桥实际构造情况,应用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立大桥的有限元模型,进行大桥工作状态的仿真分析。综合分析实际检测结果和理论分析结果,提出大桥病害所在,为大桥的加固提供依据。4.根据实验和理论分析结果,确定湖天大桥的加固设计方案,并用有限元软件ANSYS分析加固后该桥的力学性能,对加固后桥梁的工作状态进行评价。

【Abstract】 Along with rapid development of our economy, the road traffic volume and load increasing in large scale, bridges constructed in the 1960s-70s have damaged in various degree, which becomes an obstacle of transportation in China. The arch bridge is with good-looking, solid bridge construction, strong bearing capacity, convenience in drawing materials and low cost in construction and maintenance, the number of which is large in old bridges. The existing bridges reinforcement will not only reap significant economic benefits, but also result in good social benefits by saving a large amount of construction investment, which improves the situation of a serious insufficiency of construction funds for a long time. Therefore, the detection and reinforcement of the bridge is important for the bridge engineering.This thesis takes the Hutian bridge in Huaihua, Hunan, a reinforced concrete rigid frame arch bridge with 50+17×16m pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab as an object. Through the on-site test and the finite element model analysis to study the results of detection and the FE model analysis, the enlarging section method and the externally bonded CFRP composites method are studied. The main contents of research are as follows:1. Some kinds of diseases and their characteristics are summarized, and detection and reinforcement methods against these diseases by analyzing of the causes are introduced.2. Some commonly used methods of reinforcement of old bridges are described, including the design method, the construction techniques, the merits and demerits and the application range. Then, some comparisons are made from the theory and construction methods between the enlarging section method and the externally bonded CFRP. The evaluation system after reinforcement is briefly introduced.3. The detection of the Hutian Bridge from the appearance, the static and dynamic loads is completed. Based on the structure characteritics of the Hutian Bridge, the working model of the bridge is established by using the ANSYS software, and its working state is conducted a simulation analysis. The results both in-situ detection and theoretical analysis are showed compressively, and the diseases are pointed out, which offers reasons for the reinforcement.4. On the ground of the test and theoretical analysis results, a reinforcement design is proposed for the Hutian Bridge. Subsequently, the mechanic properties of the bridge are analyzed by the ANSYS, and the appraisal of the working condition after reinforcement is followed.
