建筑物下采空区稳定性分析及处治技术研究

【摘要】 由于城市发展和扩大的需要,许多原来处于城市郊区的采空区土地资源必须加以利用,就必须在采空区上修建建筑物,因此研究新建建筑物下采空区的稳定性有着重要的作用。本文通过新建建筑物下采空区顶板稳定性计算和数值模拟的方法对采空区的稳定性进行分析,并对新建建筑物下采空区处治方法进行了研究,取得了一些结论。本文对国内外已有相关研究文献进行了综合分析,阐述了采空区的形成、采空区稳定性分析方法、采空区处治方法以及数值模拟在采空区中的应用作了总结。通过对新建建筑物下采空区顶板稳定性计算,评价新建建筑物下采空区顶板稳定的临界厚度,从而确定是否需要处理。应用有限差分相关建模方法,建立了较为简单实用的新建筑物下伏采空区稳定性分析模型,并用大型通用有限差分法分析软件FLAC3D对新建建筑物下采空区的围岩应力和地面沉降进行了数值模拟;通过数值模拟,分析了采空区不同采宽、新建建筑物层数以及不同采空区顶板厚度对采空区稳定性的影响。本文还对新建房屋建筑物下伏采空区的顶板稳定性进行了计算,阐述了处理采空区的常用方法,提出了用粘土固化充填注浆的方法处理采空区的方法,并对其作了可行性分析。

In this paper, under the new buildings of the gob roof stability calculation and numerical simulation of the stability of mined-out area analysis, and new buildings under the gob Treatment methods research, made some conclusions.This article reviewing relevant literature has been a comprehensive analysis to explain the formation of mined areas, the stability analysis of gob, gob treatment method and numerical simulation of Gob summarized. Under the new buildings through the gob roof stability calculation and evaluation of new buildings under the gob roof stable critical thickness could be determined whether to deal with.Related to modeling using the finite difference method, a more simple and practical new building stability Mined area analysis model has been established, and large-scale finite difference analysis software FLAC3D is used on the new buildings surrounding mined-out area under the stress and the ground Settlement of the numerical simulation; Through numerical simulation, it has been analysised the various mining gob wide and new buildings and the different layers of the gob roof thickness on stability of mined areas.This article is also building new housing area under the roof mined the stability of the calculation, described dealing with common method of mined areas, proposed filling clay solidified grouting approach to the method of mined areas, and its made a feasibility analysis.
