基坑监测技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 基坑工程是地下工程施工中内容丰富且富有变化的领域,是土木工程中最为复杂的技术领域之一。它是集地质工程和结构工程等多学科于一体的系统工程,具有强烈的地域性、综合性、实践性和风险性。如何有效地控制基坑变形,使基坑工程既安全又经济,是人们一直探索的课题。论文首先对降水、围护桩施工、土方开挖、止水帷幕等四个因素对周边环境的影响和基坑开挖引起的土体变形现象进行了深入分析,指出基坑开挖具有一定的时空效应。接着对基坑监测方案设计的各个方面进行了较详细的论述并提出了自己的看法,指出在基坑监测中应根据基坑的实际情况多方面考虑后选取合适的监测项目及监测报警临界值,并采用多种数学方法对监测数据进行分析与评价,以便更好的指导工程施工。最后根据上述研究成果,对广州市珠江新城一基坑项目设计了监测方案,并对监测数据进行了分析与评价,为该基坑的安全施工提供了可靠的保障。

【Abstract】 Foundation pit engineering is a rich and various field in underground engineering construction, which is also the most complicated technique filed in civil engineering. Foundation pit engineering is the systematic engineering with the geology engineering and structure engineering in it, whose characteristic includes the severe regionality, comprehensibility, practicality and risky character. It is a subject many people have studied that how to control the deformation of the foundation pit, to make the foundation safe with low cost.It is analyzed in the present paper that the effect of the factors of precipitation, retaining pile, soil excavation, and waterproof curtain to the surrounding environment and deformation of soil due to the foundation excavation. The analysis points out that there exist the time and space effect during the foundation excavation.The detail analysis are done to the monitoring schemes of the foundation pit, and the authors’ perceptions are presented, pointing out that the appropriate monitoring schemes and monitoring warning value should be chosen according to the real situation of the foundation. Then the analysis and estimation for the monitoring data of the foundation pit can be done by some mathematical method, which will give some guidance for the construction of engineering.In final stage, the monitoring scheme for the foundation pit project in Guangzhou Zhujiang new city is presented according to the above study results, the analysis and estimation are done to the monitoring data, which can give the guarantee for the safety construction of the foundation pit.
