爆破振动对高陡边坡稳定性影响及控制技术研究

【摘要】 露天矿边坡的稳定性直接影响到矿山的生产、设备和人员的安全及矿山的经济效益。铜山口铜矿露天采场东、南帮最终永久边坡垂高达120m,帮坡角高达550,由于受其复杂的工程地质条件、附近民采和频繁生产爆破等因素的影响,其稳定性已成为制约矿山安全生产的关键因素之一。因此,研究铜山口铜矿露天采场爆破振动对高陡边坡稳定性的影响,提出科学合理的爆破振动控制措施具有非常重要的意义。在已有研究基础上,本文主要研究内容和取得的成果如下:(1)对铜山口铜矿露天采场工程地质和水文地质进行分析,得到了露天采场边坡工程、水文地质条件的基本状况。(2)对10#和22-23#勘探线附近边坡的爆破振动进行监测,利用经验公式对监测数据进行了回归拟合,得出了铜山口矿采场边坡两个典型代表剖面上的爆破振动衰减规律。(3)选取边坡典型代表剖面,采用FLAC/FLAC3D对高陡边坡的稳定性进行分析,从而得到边坡的安全系数以及在平衡状态下边坡应力和位移分布状况。(4)运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟爆破振动对边坡稳定性的影响,得出爆破振动作用下,高陡边坡的响应特征。(5)应用通径系数法分析了爆破振动特征参量和爆破条件的关联性,为研究爆破振动控制参量和措施提供了理论依据。(6)根据边坡工程地质情况和边坡台阶布置方式,通过现场实验,提出了合理的爆破振动控制措施。

【Abstract】 The stability of open-pit slope affects both the security of equipments and workers in normal production and economic benefits of mine. The altitude difference and slope angle of TongShankou Open-pit copper mine’s east and south permanent slope is nearly 120m and up to 55°.Because of complex engineering geological conditions and the local villagers’excavation as well as the frequent mining blasting and other factors,its stability has become one of key constraining factors in production. Therefore,to study the influence of blasting vibration to the high-steep slope stability and propose scientific and rational blasting vibration control measures is very important.The following research work was carried out based on existing research:(1)The basic situation of Tongshankou copper mine open-pit slope engineering and hydrological geological conditions was reached by analyzing the mining geology and hydro-geology of the open-pit.(2) Basied on the blast vibration monitoring of the slope near 10# and 22-23# exploration line,blasting vibration attenuation rule in high and steep slope has been obtained by using empirical formula to regresse and anlyse the monitoring result.(3)Selected two typical slope sections,using FLAC/FLAC3D to anslyze the high and steep slope stability and to obtain the slope safety factor,the slope stress and displacement distribution in equilibrium state.(4) The effect of blasting vibration on the slope stability was simulated by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA and obtained the response characteristics of high and steep slope.(5)The correlation degree of blasting vibration characteristic parameters and the blasting condition was analyzed by using the Path Coefficient Analysis Method.It provides the theory basis for the research of blasting vibration control parameters and measures. (6)According to the slope engineering geological conditions and the characteristics of slope distribution,the reasonable blasting vibration control measures have been acquired through field experiments.
