深部硬岩巷道支护技术研究

【摘要】 深部硬岩处于高应力、高温和高井深的“三高”特殊环境,其岩石力学行为与浅部岩石力学行为有较大区别。特别是随着开挖深度的不断增加,岩爆的发生频率剧增。而由于岩爆的动力学特性,传统的巷道支护原理以及支护技术,均不能完全适应深部巷道的支护要求,因此研究适于深部硬岩巷道支护技术迫在眉睫。论文的研究结合“冬瓜山采准巷道岩层控制技术研究”研究课题,做了以下几方面研究:(1)对国内外巷道支护理论以及巷道支护技术研究现状进行了评述。(2)分别从静力角度(对围岩的补强)、能量角度和动量角度对有岩爆倾向巷道的支护原理进行了分析,并参考国外经验总结了有岩爆倾向巷道的支护设计程序和方法。(3)对于有岩爆倾向的巷道支护通过数值分析得出以下结论:a.对于围岩强度较低的有岩爆倾向的巷道,可以通过支护来改善围岩状态,降低岩爆发生的可能性。b.对于围岩强度较高的有岩爆倾向的巷道,支护对其围岩应力改善效果不明显,对于降低岩爆倾向作用不大,支护的主要作用是悬吊承托,即消除或尽量减小岩爆发生时对巷道的损害程度。(4)在湿式喷射混凝土配合比设计中引入了均匀设计,并进行了回归分析,找出了各因素对湿式喷射混凝土配合比设计的影响。证明了均匀设计在湿式喷射混凝土配合比设计中的适用性。(5)通过工程类比、理论分析以及数值模拟对冬瓜山铜矿巷道支护参数及施工工艺进行了优化。

【Abstract】 The hard rock in deep is in an environment with three "high"—high ground stress,high earth temperature,high mining depth. It’s mechanical behavior acts differently from shallow area.The frequency of the rockburst increase as the mining depth increase. Because of the dynamic characteristic of rockburst, most of the classic theory,methods,and technology are partly or entirely invalid. So,it is very important to study the hard rock support technology in deep engineering.Based on "Strata Control Technology of Dongguashan drift",The paper has done a study about several aspects as follow:(1)Theory and technology about the support of tunnel at home and abroad are studied.(2)Roadway support principle has the rock burst prone is analyzed from the view of static point (rock reinforcement),energy point, and momentum point.And summarized the basic principles and the optimization method of roadway which has a tendency to rock burst(3)Through the numerical Simulation to rock burst prone roadway, following conclusions are getted to:a. For a relatively low rock strength tunnel,we can improve the rock state to reduce the possibility of rock burst for use of supporting.b.For a relatively high rock strength tunnel,supporting has little effect in improving the surrounding rock stress and lowering the tendency of rock burst. Supporting is major to eliminate or minimize damaging roadway when rock burst.Copper Dongguashan geological conditions, stress conditions were analyzed.And high ground stress that may cause problems of rock burst in mining are analyzed and preference studied.(4) The uniform design is introduced in concrete mixing proportion design. The effects of the factors on shot concrete mixing proportion design are found, and the the advantage of uniform design in shot concrete mixing proportion design is proved.(5)The paper takes a numerical simulation analysis of three kinds of roadway in condition of the major rock of Dongguashan, in using of midas simulation software. Analysis of tunnel support structure for the role of rock burst, and Dongguashan roadway optimization tips are proposed.
