双级矩阵变换器驱动保护电路设计与研究

【摘要】 双级矩阵变换器(Two-Stage Matrix Converter,TSMC)是一种新型拓扑结构的电力变换器,其继承了传统矩阵变换器的优点:能量双向流动、输入输出电压电流正弦波形、输入功率因数可控、结构紧凑、无中间储能环节。除了以上优点外,双级矩阵变换器还具有功率开关器件数量减少、箝位电路简单、换流简单可靠和调制算法复杂度降低等优点,因此已成为目前具有发展潜力的一种电力变换器。本文详细分析了双级矩阵变换器对于开关器件的要求和开关器件的选择。选择了IGBT(绝缘栅极晶体管)作为双级矩阵变换器的开关器件,并且对其结构与基本性能做了详细的介绍,在仿真工具Pspice下建立仿真模型,了解IGBT器件在开关过程中电流和电压的变换规律。在双级矩阵变换器中,驱动电路控制开关器件IGBT有序的开通与关断,使双级矩阵变换器能够可靠换流。保护电路确保开关器件IGBT在异常状态下能够及时关断,保障装置的安全性。本文分析了双级矩阵变换器对于驱动电路和保护电路的基本要求,采用三菱公司的M57962L驱动芯片设计了一款针对双级矩阵变换器的驱动保护电路,该电路驱动能力强、功能配置灵活、通用性强、成本低,具有过载、短路、过压等保护功能,保障了双级矩阵变换器的安全稳定地运行。实验结果表明所设计的驱动电路和保护电路的有效性,为双级矩阵变换器的工业化和产品化奠定了一定的基础。

【Abstract】 Two-stage matrix converter (TSMC) is a new topology for direct AC-AC converts.It inherits all the good features of the conventional matrix converter(CMC):Bi-directional power flow, sinusoidal input-output current, controllable input power factor, high power density and no large energy storage capacitor. Compared to the CMC,DBMC have special features such as relative small number of switching devices, simplified clamp circuit, reliable commutation and modulation strategy of less complexity.This paper analyzes the two-stage matrix converter requirements for switch devices and switch devices option.Select the IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistors)as a two-stage matrix converter switching devices, and the basic properties of the structure and made a detailed introduction,the simulation tools established under Pspice simulation model to understand the process of IGBT devices in the switching current and voltage transformation rules.In the two-stage matrix converter, the switching device IGBT drive circuit control the opening and orderly shutdown,so that two-stage matrix converter can be reliable commutation.IGBT protection circuits ensure that the switching device in the abnormal state can be off in time to protect the security of your device.This paper analyzes two-stage matrix converter drive circuit and protection circuit for the basic requirements, with Mitsubishi M57962L driver IC designed a two-stage matrix converter for driving the protection circuit, the circuit drive capability, features flexible configuration, versatility, low cost, with overload,short circuit, overvoltage protection, the protection of a two-stage matrix converter to run security and stability. Experimental results show that the design of the drive circuit and protection circuits are effective for two-stage matrix converter product of industrialization and laid a foundation.
