集成创新网络成员利益分配机制研究

【摘要】 集成创新网络是企业实现集成创新的重要组织模式,集成创新网络是集成创新的网络化模式,集成创新网络结合了各个参与成员的创新资源和核心能力,创造出价值远大于各个成员独立经营所产生的价值的总和。成员间的利益分配机制是集成创新网络有效运行及稳定的关键。本文首先综述了国内外就此论题的研究现状和研究成果,分析了集成创新网络成员利益分配的相关理论。成员利益分配方法是成员利益分配机制构建的重要内容,在对传统利益分配方法及集成创新网络成员资源投入实际过程分析的基础上,提出了基于成员贡献率测度的利益分配方法来实现成员合作中创造的利润及无形资产的公平分配。同时根据集成创新网络成员间合作方式的不同,分别对各种方式下成员间利益分配问题进行了机理分析,通过博弈分析,本文认为成员利益分配与成员的贡献及努力水平成正比。其次,对集成创新网络成员利益分配影响因素进行了实证研究发现,集成创新网络成员利益分配过程受到一些因素的影响,构成利益分配机制构建的重要方面。再次本文论述了集成创新网络利益分配机制的构建和运行。在分配机制构建中本文根据集成创新网络成员间合作方式的不同,构造了不同的利益分配模式；在分配机制运行中,本文分析了集成创新网络成员利益分配机制有效运行的动力、措施及保障。最后本文通过一个案例研究,分析了集成创新网络成员利益分配机制构建和运行的实际。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integrated innovation network is a important sort of enterprise organization for implementing integrated innovation. As a combine of innovative resources and competitive advantages from its members, the integrated innovation network can create far more value than the sum of value created by the members when they run singly. The mechanism of profit distribution between members is the key to operation and stabilization of integrated innovation network.Firstly, literatures within the problem in thesis are reviewed, and the theoretic basis of profit distribution is analyzed. The Plan of profit distribution between members is an important aspect in establishing mechanism of profit distribution, based on the analysis of traditional method of profit distribution,micro-mechanism and the process of resources devotion in operation, a new method based calculating contribution between members in the organization is proposed to distribute the margin and intangible assets formed through cooperation. Given different cooperative patterns in the integrated innovation network, the mechanisms of profit distribution between members in integrated innovation network under cooperative patterns problem is discussed. Through the game analysis, We can conclude that the member’s share which can be got is coordinated with its devotion and endeavor. According the difference in collaboration patterns between members in this organization, corresponding profit distribution models are constructed. At last, the impetus, measures and guarantee of the mechanism is discussed, and the process of construction and operation of the mechanism of profit distribution between members in integrated innovation network which is in economic reality is analyzed through a case.更多还原
