Zigbee无线通讯技术在井下监测的应用研究

【摘要】 在现代地下矿山中,随着深井开采趋势的不断加深,现代化设备的不断装备,如何实现矿山安全、高效的数字化管理是管理者首先面对的问题。随着无线通讯技术的蓬勃发展,越来越多的被广泛应用于人们的生活中。目前无线通讯技术在我国的煤矿山中应用广泛,原因是由于煤矿灾害的不断发生,利用无线通讯技术可实现灾害的有效监测,从而有效降低灾害带来的损失。随着金属矿山对生产管理以及灾害控制需求的加大,无线通讯技术逐渐进入决策者的眼帘。利用无线通讯技术建立的井下通讯系统不仅对井下作业的安全生产有着重要的影响,而且对于实现矿山企业的信息化和网络化也有重要的意义。在诸多的无线通讯技术中,zigbee可谓无线领域中的生力军,其低耗、高速、稳定等诸多特点为人们称赞。Zigbee无线通讯技术可以与传感器一起组建传感器网络,其节点间的传递信息布局也与传感器网络分布相似,研究建立包括传感器监测与定位监测相结合的zigbee井下通讯系统无疑对有效解决井下高效、安全生产需求的问题有重大意义。无线通讯技术是以多学科为基础进行研究的,在研究中不仅要具备采矿学科方面的知识,而且还要有计算机网络及通信技术领域内的相关知识。在论文的写作中,本文重点对以下几个方面进行了研究:(1)通过参阅大量的参考文献对井下无线电传播技术的原理、传播模式等进行了分析,研究了影响井下无线通讯节点布置因素。(2)通过分析zigbee无线通讯核心技术以及相关的嵌入式系统原理、定位系统原理,zigbee硬件组成部分的工作原理,指出zigbee监测系统的技术以及经济特色,分析了从底层开发zigbee通讯节点的可行性。(3)以大红山铜矿井下监测方案设计为例,分析了zigbee井下通讯系统平台的构建方案,在分析数据库规划的基础上,利用VC++工具开发了满足矿山需求的上位机软件。

【Abstract】 With the deepening trend of deep miningand the continuous modernization of odern equipment,how to implement mine safety and efficient management of digitalcould be the first problems faced by managers of modern underground mine.A growing number of wireless communication technology is widely used in people’s lives with the vigorous development of the technology. At present wireless communication technology in China’s coal mines in the mountains are widely used,it Is due to coal mine disasters occur frequently. The use of wireless communication technology enables the effective monitoring of disaster, so we can effectively reduce the losses caused by disasters.As the metal mine production management, and increased demand for disaster management, wireless communication technology gradually entering the eyes of policy makers. The use of wireless communication techniques to build the underground communication system not only for the safety of underground work has a significant impact on production,but for the achievement of mining enterprises of information technology and networking are also important. In many wireless communications technologies, zigbee wireless can be described as a field force.Its low power, high-speed, stability, and many other features for people to praise.Zigbee wireless communication technology and Sensors can work together to be sensor network.The transmission of information between the node is also similar to the distribution of he sensor network layout. The study of establishmentof the sensor monitoring and location monitoring of combining zigbee underground communication system will undoubtedly be an effective solution to underground efficient and safe production requirements the question of great significance.Wireless communication technology is based on a multi-disciplinary research.In the study, subjects must not only possess knowledge of mining, but also a computer network and communications technology in the field of knowledge.Writing in the paper, This article focuses on the following aspects have been studied.First, the principles of underground radio communication technologies, communication patterns are analyzed by a large number of references refer toAnd the impact of underground wireless communication node layout factors been studied.Second, By analyzing the zigbee wireless communications core technology and the related principles of embedded systems,the article pointed out that the zigbee system technology had its our economic characteristics and technical Features, and also analysised the development from the bottom of the feasibility of zigbee communication nodes.The third, with Dahongshan copper as an example,the article analysised the underground communication system zigbee Platform Program.on the basis of the analysis of database planning,developed the Host Computer Software which meets the needs of mine by vtk tools.
