隧道支护结构的可靠度分析及其工程应用研究

【摘要】 随着地下工程的快速发展,其稳定性越发成为人们关注的焦点,人们对结构的安全性也提出了更高的要求。然而地下工程所处的环境存在着许多不确定性因素,这些不确定性因素增加了地下结构计算的难度,因此开展地下结构的稳定性和可靠度分析工作就有着十分积极重要的作用。通过研究隧道围岩的共同作用模型,分析其相互作用方式及相互影响,量化地下工程计算中的不确定性因素,根据隧道支护的力学状态方程,针对不同的支护条件,在考虑各个参数变异性的基础上,计算结构的失效概率和可靠度指标,本文主要研究结论如下:(1)分析围岩隧道的共同作用方式,研究隧道围岩支护结构的作用机理,与可靠性分析方法结合,提出其可靠性分析方法;(2)通过隧道支护结构模型,建立支护结构的状态方程,利用数学软件MATLAB编程,从理论上计算了隧道支护的可靠度;(3)通过研究锚喷支护与围岩的作用机理,分析其两个主要因素锚杆间距和混凝土厚度对其稳定性的影响,针对不同的支护条件,在考虑各个参数变异性的基础上,结合数值分析软件ANSYS计算结果,从隧道轴力、剪力、弯矩和锚杆所受轴力等几个方面分析隧道的受力状况,揭示支护参数对隧道受力的影响;(4)以工程实例为依托,结合可靠度分析软件NESSUS,根据隧道结构的失效方程,计算得出了不同支护方案的可靠度指标,综合结构耐久性因素,提出了合理的支护参数方案。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the underground engineering and increasing underground projects has demanded a higher requirement on security. The environment of Underground structure is more complicated. Uncertain factors of underground complicated the design and construction of tunnel. Therefore, analyzing of underground structures and calculating the probability of failure has a great significance.Analysis the model of action of tunnel and surrounding rock by simulation program, and quantified the structure of various loads to calculate the failure probability of the tunnel, according to the state equation of supporting structure, the supporting model of different conditions was established, in considering the variability of each parameter based on the strength of criteria used for calculating the failure probability of the structure. The mainly contents as following:(1) Analysis the interaction of tunnel and surrounding rock by the model of action, combined with the theory of reliability, a calculation method has been proposed;(2) According to the structure model of tunnel lining, and building of tunnel lining structure state equation, reliability index can be get by the mathematics software Mat lab;(3) Study on the mechanism of anchor shotcrete and surrounding rock, analysis the impaction of main factor, for different supporting conditions, considered the parameter variation, by the software ANSYS to get the axial force、moment and shear of tunnel, analysis the results and reveal the impaction of different factors;(4) Taken one of Metro tunnel as the research subject, by numerical simulation method, analysis the acting mechanical of tunnel structure and lining supporting. The software NESSUS was choose to simulation, calculated the failure reliability. Combined with tunnel durability, a reasonable scheme has been proposed.
