基于SCOR模型的建设项目施工质量管理研究

【摘要】 施工是形成工程项目实体的过程,它是决定工程产品质量的重要阶段,因而建设项目施工质量一直都是项目管理的焦点。项目质量的形成不仅是在生产活动过程中人、材、机相互作用的结果,而且从建设项目供应链的角度来说,它也是物流、信息流、资金流在不同参与方之间的传递过程,在此过程中形成建设项目实体质量。因此,从供应链的角度——基于供应链运作参考模型(SCOR模型)来研究探讨建设项目施工质量管理是一种很有意义的尝试,在理论和实践两方面都很有价值。本文首先详细介绍了建设项目供应链的概念,以及建设项目施工质量的供应链形成过程,对建设项目施工质量形成的流程进行了识别和定义,在此基础上提出基于供应链运作参考模型(SCOR模型)的建设项目施工质量管理模式,搭建了施工质量管理的基本框架。其次,本文主体部分从施工质量管理流程入手,对基于SCOR模型的建设项目施工质量管理进行了理论论述,从质量问题影响因素的角度探讨基于SCOR模型的质量控制问题,采用因果图和定量分析的方法对影响施工质量的各因素给出了具体的控制措施。最后,将基于SCOR模型的建设项目施工质量管理理论和方法应用于我国××建设项目的施工质量管理实践中。在分析其质量管理现状的基础上,对该项目质量管理模式进行了设计,对项目的管理流程进行了优化和补充,针对具体的质量要求和质量问题,提出相应的质量管理方法和质量控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of construction projects has always been the focus of project management, the formation of which is not only the interacted production process of the people, materials and machine,but also the transfer process of logistics, information flow and capital flow between different parties from the perspective of domestic supply chain. In the transfer process,it accompanied with qulity flow and qulity information flow which form the final quality of construction projects. Therefore, it is a meaningful attempt which has value both in theory and practice to discuss the construction quality of construction project management based on Supply Chain Operation Reference-model (SCOR model)This paper details introduced the concept of construction projects supply chain, as well as the construction quality of the supply-Chain of construction projects,the construction quality of the formation process of the identified and definition, on this basis, put forward based on Supply Chain Operation Reference-model (SCOR model) building project construction quality management system, builds the basic framework of the quality management of construction project.Secondly,this text has theorily discussed construction quality of construction projects which are based on Supply Chain Operation Reference-model (SCOR model) from the process of the main part of the construction project quality management,quality management of construction procurement and construction quality management; has explored the supply of business-contractor quality control issues from the perspective of quality contract which is based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference-model (SCOR model); taking contract-based quality control as a guide; to build quality control mechanisms from the cooperation and coordination.Finally, we appliy the theories and methods of construction project quality managemen which based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference-model (SCOR model) to certain construction project quality management in China. And we anaylize the current qulity management situation of quality process to give specific suggestions on quality management methods and quality improvements.更多还原
