含氮、氧、硫配体构筑的配位聚合物的合成与结构

Synthesis and Structures of Coordination Polymers Based on Ligands Containing N、O and S

【摘要】 本文以设计合成配位聚合物为目标,选用羧酸(1,3,4-噻二唑-2,5-二硫代乙酸(H2btc)、2,2’-联毗啶-3,3’-二甲酸-1,1’-氮氧化物(H2bpdado)和5-硝基间苯二甲酸(O2N-bdc))为构筑单元,通过辅助配体(1,1’-(1,4-丁烷)二(咪唑)(bbi))的调节,与稀土、过渡金属离子反应。采用溶剂热法和水热法合成了4个具有二维、三维结构的配合物,测定其单晶结构并对其进行红外光谱分析、X-射线单晶衍射和差热-热重分析表征。配合物的分子式如下:{Zn(bpdado)(bbi)·H2O}n 1{Ni2(O2N-bdc)2(bbi)3(H2O)2·2H2O}n 2{[Ni2(O2N-bdc)2(bbi)2H2O]·4H2O}n 3[Nd2(btc)3(H2O)5]n 4配合物1是由2,2’-联吡啶-3,3’-二甲酸-1,1’-氮氧化物和1,1’-(1,4-丁烷)二(咪唑)配体合成的具有8.995×13.502 A2孔洞的二维层状配位聚合物。配合物2和3均为5-硝基间苯二甲酸和1,1’-(1,4-丁烷)二(咪唑)配体合成的三维配位聚合物。配合物4是由柔性配体1,3,4-噻二唑-2,5-二硫代乙酸合成的具有三维结构的配位聚合物。配合物4中存在S…S弱作用归因于1,3,4-噻二唑-2,5-二硫代乙酸配体的柔性。拓扑分析表明,配合物1具有4-连接的(4,4)拓扑结构,配合物2和3具有5-连接的(44,66)拓扑结构,配合物4具有6,8-连接的(37·47·5)(38·48·55·67)拓扑结构。

【Abstract】 Four novel metal-organic coordination polymers have been synthesized by empolying 1,3,4-thiadiazole-2,5-diyldithio)diacetic acid (H2btc),2,2’-bipyridine-3,3’-dicarboxylate-1,1’-dioxide (H2bpdado) and 5-Nitro-1,3-benzene dicarboxylic acid (O2N-bdc) and associated ligand 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl)bis (imidazole) (bbi) as building block, combining with rare metal and transition metal ions through hydrothermal and solvothermal synthesis method. The crystal structures are determined by X-ray single diffraction and characterized by IR, TGA. The formulas of the complexs are as follows:{Zn(bpdado)(bbi)·H2O}n 1{Ni2(O2N-bdc)2(bbi)3(H2O)2·2H2O}n 2{[Ni2(O2N-bdc)2(bbi)2H2O]·4H2O}n 3[Nd2(btc)3(H2O)5]n 4Complex 1 is built up by two ligands 2,2’-bipyridine-3,3’-dicarboxy late-1,1’-dioxide and 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole).The structure of complex 1 has 2D layers with 8.995×13.502A2 micropores. Complex 2 and 3 show 3D open framework by two ligands 5-Nitro-1,3-benzene dicarboxylic acid and 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl) bis (imidazole). Complex 4 consist of flexible ligand (1,3,4-thia diazole-2,5-di yldithio)diacetic acid with 3D open framework. Complex 4 exists S S weak interaction due to (1,3,4-thiadiazole-2,5-diyldithio)diacetic acid being flexible ligand.Topological analysis shows that complex 1 with 4-connected (4,4) topology, complex 2 and 3 with 5-connected (44,66) topology, complex 4 with 6,8-connected (37·47·5)(38·48·55·67) topology.
