复合加工图形参数化自动编程系统的研究

【摘要】 数控多功能复合加工机床具有车削、铣削和齿轮加工等多种加工功能。滚齿加工是按展成法原理加工。本论文基于数控多功能复合加工机床,以滚齿加工为切入点,研究复合加工图形参数化自动编程系统。首先,根据数控多功能复合加工机床的功能和自动编程的基本思想,设计复合加工图形参数化自动编程系统的结构图、图形库、工艺库和齿轮专家库。以滚齿加工为出发点,对滚齿加工进行研究,分析了滚齿加工的工艺包括滚齿加工的基本参数、工艺参数选择、滚刀的选择和安装。然后,建立了渐开线方程和平面齿廓啮合方程,根据非圆齿轮齿廓形成原理,建立了非圆齿轮节曲线方程。分析了数控多功能复合加工机床的坐标系,研究了圆柱齿轮、非圆齿轮滚齿加工原理,并建立了滚齿加工数学模型。对非圆齿轮滚切加工的不根切条件进行了讨论,建立了齿轮滚齿加工的对刀坐标方程。选用三维造型软件Pro/E,利用Pro/E自带的二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit及VC++实现了圆柱齿轮、锥齿轮、蜗轮蜗杆、等齿轮参数化设计。分析了非圆齿轮参数化设计过程,讨论了非圆齿轮弧长、齿顶曲线、传动压力角,实现了椭圆齿轮和三阶椭圆齿轮的参数化设计最后,对自动编程进行研究,重点研究了带回转工作台五坐标数控多功能复合加工机床的后置处理算法。根据面向对象的基本思想,利用VC++面向对象程序设计方法对复合加工图形参数化自动编程系统进行开发。应用MasterCAM,对圆柱齿轮和椭圆齿轮进行铣削加工自动编程,对刀具轨迹进行仿真和加工模拟,生成数控加工所需要的NC程序,实现了齿轮自动编程。

【Abstract】 Multifunctional combined machining numerical control machine has many kinds of processing function with turning, milling, the gear processing and so on. Hobbing is generating method.This paper researches on composite machining graphical parameter automatic programming system on the basis of multifunctional combined machining numerical control machine.To start with hobbing,exploitation combined machining graphical parameter automatic programming system.First of all,according to the function of multifunctional combined machining numerical control machine and the basic idea of automatic programming,this paper design structure chart、the technics software module and technics expert of gear of composite machining graphical parameter automatic programming system,and analyse the technics of hobbing including the basic parameters of hobbing、the technics parameters、hobbing cutter parameters and so on.Then, establish mathematical model of involute gear and non-circular gears,the mathematical model of the gear and the non-circular gear hobbing and the the tool setting coordinate of Non-circular gear of hobbing on the basis of hobbing machine center with five coordinated axes and synchronous control ways.Use secondary development tools that Pro/Toolkit and VC++ to achieve the spur gear、helical gear、bevel gear、worm、turbine、internal gear parametric design on the basis of three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E, and discuss arc length top curve and pressure angleto achieve parametric design of Non-circular gear.At last, this paper researches on automatic programming, the arithmetic of post-processing of revolving workbench with five coordinate.Study on the idea of object oriented programming to exploitation composite machining graphical parameter automatic programming system.Introduce to gear milling machining based on MasterCAM.By the various processing settings to create gear tool paths and simulatethe tool process simulation.By the analysis of post-process,ultimately to generate post-processing procedures which NC machine tool needs,to achieve spur gear and ellipse gear automatic programming.
