基于MATLAB遗传算法工具箱的组合涡旋型线优化

【摘要】 随着冰箱、空调等制冷设备的日益普及,汽车工业的蓬勃发展,能源短缺的影响,涡旋压缩机是近些年发展起来的一种新型压缩机械,具有效率高、能耗小、结构紧凑、运行平稳等特点,其理论被许多国家的研究人员所研究并应用在压缩机的设计制造中。但是,传统等壁厚的涡旋压缩机由于其自身的结构特点,使其空间利用系数、效率等受到了限制。在开发高性能涡旋压缩机时,由于涡旋圈数的增加使泄漏线长度加长,而造成压缩腔泄漏量增加,从而使压缩机效率降低,加工成本也会加大。因此,对涡旋型线的优化,一直受到各研究单位的重视。本文详细论述了组合型线的几何理论和组合型线的通用理论,并结合等距线理论给出了组合型线的集成形式。针对本文研究的组合涡旋型线优化问题,以法向等距线法为基础,给出了行程容积的计算公式。本文为了提高涡旋盘的面积利用率、涡旋压缩机的吸气容积,针对组合涡旋型线,建立了以组合涡旋型线行程容积为目标函数的数学模型,选择了遗传算法,作为优化方法。基于MATLAB遗传算法工具箱,对该目标函数进行优化,将优化结果与不同参数下组合型线及单一渐开线的行程容积对比,得到了行程容积较大的优化组合涡旋型线。由于组合涡旋型线的复杂性,因此其涡旋盘的加工比较传统等壁厚涡旋盘的加工有较大难度。本文结合涡旋盘加工精度的要求和数控技术,探讨了组合涡旋型线涡旋盘的加工,对高次曲线采用插补的原理加工,给出了数控铣床刀具的轨迹方程。

【Abstract】 With the growing popularity of refrigeration equipments such as refrigerators,air conditioners,etc. the rapid development of automobile industry,the impact of energy shortages,scroll compressor is a new type compression machine developed in recent years with high efficiency,low energy consumption,compact structure,smooth operation,etc.The theory was studied by researchers in many countries and was applied in the design and manufacture of compressor.However, room utilization factor and efficiency of the conventional scroll compressor was limited due to its own structural characteristics.In the development of high-performance scroll compressor,with the increase of the vortex ring number,leakage line was longer,compression chamber leakage was increased,thereby compressor efficiency was decrease and processing costs was increased.Therefore,the optimization of the scroll profile has been had the attention of various research units.The geometric theory and the general theory of hybrid wraps were described in detail,integrated form of hybrid wraps was given combined equidistance line theorys in the paper.According to the optimization of the hybrid wraps scroll profile,the calculating formula of stroke volume was gotten based on normal equidistance line method.The paper established the mathematical model which made the stroke volume as the objective function for hybrid wraps scroll profile, selected the genetic algorithm as optimization in order to improve area utilization of scroll plate and stroke volume of the scroll compressor.Based on MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox,the objective function was optimized. The optimal result shows that hybrid wraps scroll profile has larger stroke volume by comparing the optimal result with hybrid wraps profile under the different parameters and involute profile.Because of the complexity of hybrid wraps scroll profile,it is more difficult to process orbiter than conventional scroll wrap.The processing of hybrid wraps scroll profile was discussed, high order curve was processed by interpolation algorithm, Tools’trajectory equation of CNC milling machine was given in the paper combined with the precision requirements for orbiter and numerral control.
