【摘要】 PDM(Product Date Management:产品数据管理)和EEP(Enterprise Resource Planning:企业资源规划)同为优秀的企业管理应用系统。ERP系统是在MRPⅡ基础上发展起来的先进企业管理软件。它体现了当今世界最先进的管理理论,并且能够对企业活动中与制造有关的所有资源和过程进行综合平衡和统一管理。PDM系统是在图档管理的基础上逐步发展起来的,它以产品为核心,将计算机在产品设计,分析,制造等方面的信息孤岛联系起来。随着企业管理技术的进步,越来越多的企业开始使用PDM与ERP了。但是在实际应用中,这两款软件有很多交叉信息和领域,包括物料清单,零件分类信息,部件信息,配置信息,工件流程管理等。但是它们分属两个不同的系统。造成交叉的信息不能及时的共享。而这些信息中物料清单(BOM:Bill Of Material)是PDM与ERP之间的最关键的结合点,也是集成的难点。因此,为了能够实现这两款软件之间的信息交换,本课题分析了几种PDM与ERP集成的方法,并根据这两款软件之间信息交换的数据结构特点,提出了采用XML(Extensible Markup Language)结构化语言作为中间媒介实现这两者之间的信息集成的方法。其中物料清单(BOM:Bill Of Material)是一种结构化的数据表。用结构化语言XML描述结构化BOM表是在很合适的。XML(Extensible Markup Language可拓展标记语言)作为近几年兴起的技术,具有很多的特点。(1)强大的数据表现能力。能够以简单的形式表达复杂的数据；(2)可拓展性强,可以根据用户的需要进行拓展；(3)自述能力强,实现了数据与表现形式的分离。由于企业采用的PDM与ERP有可能的是不同的数据库系统,为了实现共享信息的方便交换采用XML作为载体。通过应用程序实现从数据库完成数据的提取,并实现数据的批量的导入,减少人工的录入工作量。更多还原

【Abstract】 PDM and ERP are the outstanding business management application system.ERP system which is a advanced enterprise management software develops base on MRPⅡ.It has manifested the most advanced management Theroy in the world now,and carries on he overall balance and the global administration.PDM system develops on the foundation file management system which can relate the design,manufacture and analysis.It takes the product as the core.Along with enterprise management technology progress,more and more enterprises started to used PDM and ERP.But in fact, This two softwares have overlapping information and domain including Bill of Material, the components category message, assembly information ,configure information ,workpiece flow and so on.But They belong to two different systems.it lead to they do not share overlapping information.In these information,Bill of Material is the between PDM and ERP most essential combining site and the integrated difficulty.Therefore,it can realize between these two model of software’s exchange of information.This topic has studied PDM and ERP integration method.This topic has analysed PDM and ERP integration methods, according to the characteristic of exchange data,posed a theory which use XML to realize information integrated.
