大安市土地利用分区与安全格局构建

【摘要】 土地利用安全格局(security pattern,SP)是在土地利用优化(Land-use allocation )研究的基础上,以土地可持续利用为目标,综合考虑土地利用的经济、社会与生态效应的土地空间布局模式。大安市位于我国北方的农牧交错带,是三河(嫩江、洮儿河、霍林河)流经之地,地势相对平坦、地貌类型相对单调,气候特征是大气降水少且多以暴雨的形式输入,蒸发大于降水,生态环境较为敏感。在以往人类不尽合理的土地利用方式和脆弱生态本底的共振下,影响土地利用不安全的生态风险:洪水、内涝、土地沙化、碱化和退化时有发生,严重干扰到大安市社会经济的有序发展和生态安全。本文在综合分析大安市生态风险产生原因的基础上,提出水是影响大安市生态安全的关键因子。为构建大安市土地利用的安全格局,以2008年大安市土地利用数据和气象数据为基础资料,通过野外实地调查与测定,利用遥感和地理信息系统手段与多元统计分析等方法,分析大安市土地利用现状和生态风险的对偶关系,根据两者的拟合程度将大安市划分为三个土地区:洮儿河流域区、嫩江流域区和霍林河流域区。根据各区目前土地利用现状和主要生态风险,计算不同用地方式(林地、园地、旱田、水田、草地等)的生态需水量和区内水的供给总量,以水供给的相对平衡和安全用水确定各区土地利用模式,并制定相应的土地生态安全评价标准和管理措施,构建相对安全的土地利用模式。

【Abstract】 Patterns of land use of safety (security pattern, SP) is a Spatial Arrangement which is based on the optimization of land use (Land-use allocation) study, ues the sustainable land use as the goal, and considered land use economic, social and ecological effects.Da’ an is located in farming-pastoral zone in Northern China,Yes Mikawa (Nenjiang, Tao’ er River, Holling River) flowing through the land, the terrain is relatively flat and landscape types are Relatively monotonous, climate is characterized by less precipitation and is Mostly in the form of rainfall input precipitation, evaporation is greater than precipitation, ecological environment are more sensitive。Human irrational use the land in the past ,while ecological background is relatively week,all of which Increase the ecological risk of land use: floods, waterlogging, desertification and alkalization and degradation have occurred, seriously interfered the orderly development of socio-economic and ecological safety in Da’an city.The article in a comprehensive analysis Da’ an City ecological risk propounded the water is affecting Da’ an City ecological safety of the key factor. To build up Da’ an City Land Use of the security situation, in 2008, based on Da’ an City Land Use of data and meteorological data, through field survey and mapping using remote sensing and geographic information system methods and pluralistic statistical analysis, analytical Da’ an city land use situation and ecological risk dual relations, in accordance with the intention to the extent of Da’ an city, the city divided into three land area: Tao’ er River basin area, Nenjiang basin area and Holling River basin area. Under the current land use situation and major ecological risk and different land (woodland, corner, dry farmland, paddy fields, Turf, ecological for water and water supply volume of water supply of relatively balanced and safe water the land use pattern, and formulated corresponding land ecological safety evaluation standards and management measures, build relative security land use pattern.
