【摘要】 国家对文化产业的振兴和重视使得中国传统文化逐渐复苏,其中,传统民居作为一种特色文化越来越受到重视,其旅游价值随着旅游业的发展也逐渐凸显。本文立足于丰富的资料文献,运用所学知识,从中国传统民居的典型代表北京四合院入手,力图展现中国传统民居的文化魅力和中国传统民居在满足人们基本生活需要,提供科研价值、教育价值及艺术价值之外,所具备的旅游价值。文章对中国传统民居进行了概括的分析,并从可开发性、分布集中性、完整性、吸引力四方面阐述了中国传统民居旅游资源的资源属性。在具体的研究中以北京四合院为例,在梳理四合院民居旅游资源的保护现状和开发情况的基础上,从四合院与原住民、旅游者、政府三方面关系详细剖析四合院本身所具有的旅游价值,以期在旅游开发中为中国传统民居发挥更大作用提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country has pay more attention to culture industrial promotion which leads to the recovery of Chinese traditional culture. The Chinese traditional folk House as a distinctive culture is becoming more and more important to its tourism value along with the development of the tourism industry gradually. All the study is based on the abundant information literature reading, and flexibly using of the knowledge that the writer acquired before. Chinese traditional folk house not only has high value on scientific research ,education ,artistic and living need, but also plays an important role on tourism. This article takes Beijing courtyard for the typical representative example of Chinese traditional folk house and tries to show its important tourism value. The article makes a brief analysis to Chinese traditional folk house, then expounds the tourism resource attributes of Chinese traditional folk house from four aspects, which are the development, distribution of concentration, integrity and attraction. In the specific research, the article takes Beijing courtyard for example, first, the writer sums up the conservation status and tourism development situation of Beijing courtyard. Then through a detailed analysis about the Beijing courtyard itself and the relationship between Beijing courtyard and indigenous people, tourists, government, the writer tries to show the important tourism value of Chinese traditional folk house, and hopes provide references on Chinese traditional folk house’s tourism development.更多还原
