模糊PID控制中模糊控制规则的获取方法

【摘要】 随着现代工业过程的不断复杂化,实际生产过程中的非线性、不确定性和复杂性的增加,传统的PID控制器已经不能满足我们的实际要求,因此我们力图将近些年发展起来的一些先进的智能控制方法,应用到PID控制领域当中。近年来,模糊控制已成为智能自动控制研究中最为活跃,又富有成果的领域。其中模糊PID控制技术扮演了十分重要的角色,并仍将成为未来研究与应用的重点技术之一。显然,在模糊PID控制过程中,模糊控制规则的提取是关键和难点。目前,由于现场采集数据困难、存在误差等原因,多数模糊控制规则是靠设计者或研究者在先验知识和实践经验基础上通过分析、归纳和总结等方法推导出的,具有不完整和主观性强等缺点,同时这种推导和提取模糊控制规则的过程对于一般的工程技术人员难度较大,因此,设计一种提取模糊控制规则的通用方法是非常有意义的。本文就对此问题进行研究。

【Abstract】 Along with the complication of modern industrial process, and theincrease of nonlinearity, uncertainty and complexity during thepractical production processes, the conventional PID controller canno longer meet our requirement,therefore, some advanced intelligentcontrol methods developed in recent years have been applied in thePID control field.Fuzzy control has become the most active and fruitful field inthe study ofIntelligent Automatic Control ,in which Fuzzy PID controlnot only plays a veryimportant role, but also will be one of maintechnology in future research and applications.Clearly, in the Fuzzy PID control process, the extraction ofFuzzy control rules is the key and difficult problem.At present, dueto difficulties in field data collection,existence of errors andother reasons,most of fuzzy control rules are by the designer orresearcher on the basis of the prior knowledge and practicalexperience through analysis, synthesis and summary methods derivedwith weaknesses of incompleteness and strong subjectivity,at the sametime, the derivation and extraction process of Fuzzy control rules ingeneral engineering and technical personnel are moredifficult,Therefore, the design of a common fuzzy control ruleextraction method is very meaningful.In this paper, to study theissue.
