【摘要】 随着我国经济体制改革的深入和对外开放领域的扩大,建筑业的发展也是日新月异。随着现代化建设的发展壮大,住宅产业已经成为我国国民经济的主要增长点。随着住宅竣工面积的增加,建筑能耗也会越来越大。相应地,以煤炭消耗为主的集中供热建设项目也会不断增加。集中供热系统主要由热源、管网和用户末端三个技术环节组成。本文从热源、管网和用户末端三个方面介绍了优化运行节能的一些方法和措施,通过教授花园示范工程的实际应用进一步说明了优化运行节能方案的制定和实施方法。1.热源环节分析介绍了区域锅炉房的节能技术和方法,其中主要分析介绍了提高燃烧效率、增加热回收技术,说明了锅炉台数和容量与采暖计算热负荷相匹配的方案,详细分析介绍了锅炉计算机控制系统—DCS及其在实际工程中的应用方法。2.热能输送环节分析了管网水力计算设计的理论原理,介绍了引起管网水力失调的各种原因,说明了初调节的主要方法及其重要性,分析了分户热计量系统运行调节的可行性及其方法,结合教授花园分析了各种热网运行节能技术的实际应用。3.热能使用环节主要分析了温度法热计量系统在供热分户计量中的应用。温度法热计量系统的理论基础是等舒适度等热费,即在相同的时间内,具有相同体积的用户室温相同时,应缴纳相同的热费。数据分析表明,使用这种方法可以解决利用户用热量表难以解决的户间传热问题,不管用户是否采暖,均应根据室温的分摊结果缴纳热费。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of China’s economic reform and opening up the expansion of the field,the development of the construction industry is rapidly changing.With the modernization driving, the housing industry has become a major growth point of China’s national economy. With the increase in residential area completed, building energy consumption will be increasing.Accordingly, Coal consumption-based heating projects will continue to increase. Central supply heating system is composed of heating production, heating network and energy utilization.This paper introduced a number of energy-saving methods and measures through the application of Professor Garden Residential Construction.1. The process of Energy productionAnalyzed energy-saving technologies and methods, the main analysis of regional boiler room, introduced to improve combustion efficiency and increased heat recovery technology, introduced how to make the boiler station number and capacity and heating calculated heat load correspond to a detailed introduced computer control system-DCS in practical progeet.2. The process of heating transportAnalysis of hydraulic calculation design principles, describes the reasons for pipe network hydraulic imbalance, introduced the main method of regulating the early and the importance of early regulation, analysis of household heat metering methods for operation, combined with analysis of Professor Garden a variety of application methods of energy saving technology.3. The process of heating userThis paper analyzed the use of indoor-temperature-based heat metering in household heat metering. Its theory base is equal comfort equal heat fee, at the same time, user who has the same volume and temperature should pay same fee. Data analysis indicate, this method can solve the problem of heat transfer between every door, user should pay fee by temperature distribute whether heating or not.更多还原
