【摘要】 城市中心区是城市社会、经济、文化等功能的核心区域,是城市最高级别公共服务设施和第三产业的高密度集聚地,其规划建设的成败将直接影响到整个城市的发展。因此,深入了解认识城市中心区的特征,准确把握城市中心区的发展规律,对于指导城市中心区的规划建设,保证城市的健康有序发展具有重要意义。本文通过对淄博市中心区的实证研究,深入了解“组群式”城市的城市中心区在规模、功能构成、交通、区位、空间布局等方面的特征,为今后淄博市中心区的规划建设提供资料支持和相关建议。本文首先对城市中心区相关概念、中心功能、空间结构以及相关理论进行概述,为淄博市城市中心区特征研究提供理论支持。在此基础上,文章对淄博市中心区的范围进行界定,进而实证分析淄博市五个中心区的区位、规模、功能构成、用地强度、空间布局、交通组织等方面的特征,并与相关规范条例以及其他城市中心区进行比较,研究总结淄博市中心区特征。最后,根据文章对淄博市中心区的现状特征分析,提出具有针对性的建议,为淄博市中心区今后的发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban centers district is the core region of urban social, economic, and culture, the high-density gathering place of highest level public services and tertiary industry, the success or failure of the construction will directly affect city’s development. Therefore, it is important for the city’s healthy and orderly development to knowledge about the characteristics of urban centers district in-depth and to grasp the law of development to guide the planning and construction of urban centers.Based on the empirical study about Zibo urban centers district, to understand group-style city in the urban centers district of the scale, function composition, traffic, location, room layout and other characteristics are, for future planning and construction of Zibo city center to provide data to support and relevant recommendations.Firstly, the concepts of the city center, the center functions, spatial structure and an overview of the theory, the system of Zibo city centre provides a theoretical basis. On this basis, the article to define the scope of Zibo city center, and then empirical analysis of the five city center district, Zibo city, the location, size, function composition, land use intensity, spatial distribution, traffic characteristics and so on, and with the related specifications ordinance and other urban centers characteristics of the studies summarized characteristics of Zibo urban centers district.
