亚硫酸镁盐苇浆AKD施胶工艺研究

【摘要】 本文结合辽宁金城纸业的生产实际,对亚硫酸镁盐苇浆进行了较全面的分析,将亚硫酸镁盐苇浆采取AKD中性施胶,研究了用PAC对纤维进行改性工艺,探讨了采用PAC对纤维的改性机理,对纸张的施胶度和物理性能的影响,为亚硫酸镁盐苇浆采用AKD施胶时,施胶工艺进一步改进及推广提供理论依据。主要研究结果如下:亚硫酸镁盐苇浆的灰分、硅含量比碱法苇浆的高,苯醇和热水抽出物也高于碱法苇浆,碱法苇浆中的聚戊糖、1%NaOH抽出物及Klason木素含量高于亚硫酸镁盐苇浆。红外光谱图像反应了亚硫酸镁盐法蒸煮时对芦苇原料的主体结构改变不是很明显,主要是药液反应较温和。从电镜照片发现浆料中还存在蒸煮过程当中未溶掉而剥落下来的部分杂细胞碎片。在双元助留体系(CS/CPAM)中:CS用量在1.0%时可以使施胶度和留着率达到最佳效果且纸料可获得良好的脱水速率;CPAM用量在0.15%~0.225%之间时,纸张的施胶度和留着率达到最佳,滤水效果明显改善。纸料pH在7.5-8.5时,滑石粉用量在20%时,化学药品加入顺序为:CS→AKD→滑石粉→CPAM,成纸可获得良好的施胶效果。通过正交实验最佳方案最终确定为:A1B2C1D3。即:PAC:0.2%;浆料预处理时间:40min;浆料处理温度:25℃;浆料处理浓度:2.5%。在最佳正交实验方案的基础上,对实验方案进行了优化,随着后加PAC用量的增加,用自来水和纸厂白水分别抄片,其施胶度也分别增加。PAC用量在0.2%时也可获得良好的施胶效果且对成纸的匀度影响较小。纸料加入带阳电荷的化学药品增加,Zeta电位绝对值逐渐减小,阳电荷需求量相应地降低。纸张在正常工艺下抄造,其施胶度增加,抗张指数和撕裂指数下降。研究结果表明,合成施胶剂AKD用于亚硫酸镁盐苇浆中进行浆内施胶困难的主要因素是由Si02引起的,由于其存在于表皮细胞和细胞壁上,在亚硫酸镁盐法制浆过程当中木素的脱除,纤维素或半纤维素的部分降解,这些带有Si02的碎片残留着纸浆当中,对AKD施胶带来不可避免的影响,要使成纸获得良好的施胶效果,用PAC对浆料进行预处理,才能使成纸获得良好的施胶效果,这一点在辽宁金城纸业中试过程中也得到了证实,PAC预处理对亚硫酸镁盐苇浆AKD施胶确实效果明显,施胶度大幅提升。

【Abstract】 At present,the papermaking industry is generally used in the neutral/alkalescence process,so the internal sizing is used to neutral/alkalescence sizing too. In this thesis, magnesium bisulfite reed pulp was studied comprehensively analysis and take a neutral sizing based on the practice of Liaoning’s Jincheng Paper Mill.Studied on the fiber was modified with PAC technique to discuss the use of PAC to the fiber modification mechanism and the effect of the sizing degree of paper and physical properties,and also to provide the oretical foundation of sizing process to further improve and promote the provision for magnesium bisulfite reed pulp using AKD neutral sizing. Main results have been obtained as follows:Magnesium bisulfite reed pulp were more ash and silicon content than alkaline reed pulp, the mixture of benzene-alcohol and hot water extractives were also higher than alkaline reed pulp, the pentosan of alkaline reed pulp,1% NaOH extractives and Klason lignin content were higher than the magnesium bisulfite reed pulp. IR spectra picture reflects that the main structural has been changed in raw materials was not very clear when magnesium bisulfite cooking reed because of the chemical reaction was mild.From the SEM picture found that there were more parenchyma cell still exist in pulp of cooking process.In the dual retention system (CS/CPAM):When the dosage of CS at 1.0% can make sizing degree and retention rate to achieve the best results and the pulp available to a good rate of remove water; the dosage of CPAM between 0.15% to 0.225%, the paper sizing degree and retention rate to achieve the best dewatering velocity results improved significantly. The final paper can get a good sizing efficiency when pulp pH value of furnish system and the addition amount of tale was between 7.5 to 8.5 and 20% respectively and the addition order of chemical:CS→AKD→talc→CPAM.The optimum scheme confirmed finally by orthogonal experiments as:A1B2C1D3. Namely:the dosage of PAC was 0.2%; the time of pulp pretreatment was 40min; pulp processing temperature was 25℃; pulp treatment consistence was 2.5%. studied based on the best orthogonal experimental program to optimized, the both sizing also increase since the dosage of PAC increase when papermaking with tap water and paper mill white water respectively. the sheet can get a good sizing efficiency and the impact of formation has been less when the dosage of PAC was 0.2%. Zeta potential absolute value has decreaseed and the demand of cation charge reduced while the dosage of chemicals increased with a cation in the pulp. Under the normal process of papermaking, the sizing degree has been increased and both the tensile index and tear index has been decreased.The results show that it was difficult to improve the sizing degree used synthetic AKD sizing agent used in magnesium bisulfite reed pulp internal sizing,its brought by SiO2, because its presence in the epidermal cells and cell wall, and in the magnesium bisulfite pulping process because of the removal of lignin,and part of the degradation of cellulose or hemicellulose, these fragments with the SiO2 residue in the pulp to bring a inevitable impact of AKD sizing agent, in order to get a good sizing efficiency of final paper, with the PAC pretreatment of the pulp can be get a good sizing efficiency of sheet, which is in the Liaoning’s Jincheng Paper Mill the trial process has also been confirmed, PAC pretreatment magnesium bisulfite reed pulp AKD sizing efficiency is obviously, sizing degree increased dramatically.
