城市地铁站地下商业空间的规划研究

【摘要】 有人说十九世纪是桥的世纪,二十世纪是高层建筑的世纪,二十一世纪将是地下空间的世纪。城市的快速增长带来了一系列的问题:地价不断上涨,交通日益拥挤,环境恶化,资源匮乏……这些都是我们生活在城市中都能切身体会到的。人们已经从最初的向高空要空间发展到向地下要空间,增强城市功能,改善城市环境,满足现代人对城市空间的种种需求,这些都迫在眉睫!现代城市需要立体化开发,地铁这种现代交通工具应运而生。空间能够改变时间,地铁提高了城市交通效率方便了人们的出行,也给地铁沿线的地下空间带来了大量的人流,同时也为地铁沿线区域带来了无限的商机,深刻的影响着城市商业格局。本论文将从1863年英国伦敦建成世界上第一条地铁开始,通过对国内外地铁站地下商业空间的研究现状进行分析,得出了本文的研究目标和研究方法。然后解析了地铁站地下商业空间的几种基本形式和空间特征及其开发利用价值。并剖析了地铁站与商业空间的互动关系。接着探讨世界地铁站地下商业空间规划设计的各种实例。通过分析法分析世界地铁站地下商业空间的发展现状,和各个国家的地铁站地下商业空间设计优势及其特点。再进行综合讨论:这些地铁站地下商业空间设计实例是在什么样的情况下设计完成的,又受到什么因素影响等问题。并指出这些实例对现代地铁站地下商业空间规划设计的影响,尤其是对我国地铁站地下商业空间设计的影响。找出我国地铁站地下商业空间规划设计未来的发展方向。然后根据《武汉市城市建设总体规划》,分析武汉地铁二号线(江南)沿线各个站点的环境特点以及商业需求,提出“武汉地铁二号线”沿线地下商业空间规划设计思路。用实证研究法,以武汉地铁二号线(江南)沿线站点地下商业空间的规划设计为研究对象。通过一系列分析,整理出解决问题的思路,来验证理论成果的应用价值与实际操作方法。最后得出适应我国地铁商业空间开发应用参考价值的结论。

【Abstract】 Some people say that the nineteenth century was the bridge of the century, the twentieth century was the century of high-rise building, the twenty-first century will be the century of underground space. Rapid growth of cities brought about a series of problems:rising land prices, growing traffic congestion, environmental degradation, lack of resources……these are our lives in cities can be vital to the experience. It has been from the original to be room for further development towards the sky to the underground to space, enhancing urban functions, improve the urban environment to meet the modern needs of the urban space, all these are imminent! Modern cities need to three-dimensional development of the modern means of transport subway emerged.This paper will be built in London in 1863 the world’s first subway began, through the underground subway station on the domestic and international commercial space analysis of the status of the study, obtained research objectives of this article, and research methodologies.And then parse the underground subway station several basic forms of commercial space and spatial characteristics of the development value in use. And analyze the subway station and the interaction of commercial space.Then explore the underground subway station in the world commercial space planning and design of a variety of examples. Through the analysis method, the world’s underground subway station status of the development of commercial space, and the underground subway station in each country design advantages and characteristics of commercial space. And to point out that these examples of modern underground metro station the impact of commercial space planning and design, especially on our ground floor commercial space station design impact. China’s underground subway station to find commercial space planning and design direction for future development.Then under the "Wuhan Urban Construction Master Plan," Analysis of Wuhan Metro Line (south) along the environmental characteristics of each site as well as business needs, put forward the "Wuhan Metro Line" along the ground floor commercial space planning and design ideas. By empirical research method, in order to Wuhan Metro Line (south) site along the ground floor commercial space planning and design of the study. Through a series of analysis, and sorted out the problem-solving ideas, to verify the theoretical results of the application value and the actual method of operation.Came to the conclusion to adapt to China’s commercial space development and application of the MTR reference value conclusions.
