信息社会教师角色定位与构建研究

【摘要】 随着计算机网络、多媒体、人工智能等高新技术的飞速发展,在一定程度上给社会生产方式、生活方式和思维模式带来了巨大的变化。这标志着信息时代已经到来。信息技术在教育领域的广泛应用,使得教学方法、教学手段、教学环境、学习方式等诸多方面都发生了很大的变化。教师角色与其所处的社会背景紧密相联,传统教师角色将受到巨大挑战。但面对这种冲击,有些教师表现出了不知所措,有些则固守权威角色,还有些只重视技术的更新而忽略了人文的沟通与交流等等,即教师在这种新的教学环境下没能深刻理解和把握信息社会中教师角色应该如何转变。信息社会中教师角色的重新定位不是对传统的教师角色一概否认,而是对传统角色进行批判地继承。为此,本文立足于已有研究成果的基础上,用理论研究的方法对信息社会教师角色进行全面系统的分析,探讨教师角色所赋予的新内涵,同时就如何实现教师角色的定位与构建提出新的措施。本论文第一部分绪论,介绍了此研究的问题缘起和意义等,并对已有研究进行了述评。第一章对教师角色全面的解读是本研究的逻辑起点,确立角色内涵,提炼出中西方的相关教师角色理论作为研究的理论基础,阐述教师角色所经历的演变历程,透析传统隐喻指代下的教师角色的发展。第二章主要阐述信息社会教师角色面临的挑战与困境。论述了教师角色发展与社会变化之间的密切关系。如教育环境发生着怎样的更新,教学经历着怎样的调整,师生关系又面临怎样的改变等等,在这样的教育冲击面前,教师表现出何种态度,这些问题都影响着教师角色的变化。而相关的研究比较少,本文采用生活访谈和观察法,选取一些教学案例,主要从知识角色、技术角色、道德角色和情感角色在转变中面临的困境,剖析教师角色重新定位中存在的问题。并通过知识体系、信息素养、道德思想等角度探究信息社会中教师角色转变的模糊性、角色冲突的原因。第三章系统探讨信息社会教师角色的完善与构建。本文认为,信息社会需要教师具备创新意识和创新能力,拥有较高的信息素养。为此,从教师的特殊职责、作用来对教师角色重新定位,其扮演着多重角色,如网络学习导航员、课程资源开发人、多元文化诠释者、未来生活设计师、教育合作的伙伴等,全面提升角色意识。在构建策略方面,本文主要从信息资源整合、教师培养等方面完善教师角色体系。一方面是利用课程、社区、教育交往中的信息资源展示角色新理念;另一方面探索教师教育培养的新模式,改进培训方式、提升教师信息素质、加强信息技术教育等,有效实现教师角色构建的基本策略,力求使教师研究深入下去。信息社会赋予教师新的内涵,对教师也提出了全新的要求,他们必须重新审视自己的角色理念,提升角色意识,做信息时代的领路人,才能培养出适应时代发展的栋梁之才。

【Abstract】 Along with computer network, new high technology and artificial multimedia have rapid development. It marks the arrival of information age, which has brought the enormous change to social mode of production and life style to a certain extent. Information technology is widely used in the field of education, which makes the instructional method, instructional means, instructional environment and the study style change a lot. At the same time the role of teacher will receive the enormous challenge too. But facing this challenge, some teachers don’t know how to do, or some don’t change their roles, while others pay more attention to technology and ignore the importance of the humane care and so on. The teachers aren’t able to build their roles or to change their roles to suit the new educational environment. Facing these problems, we rebuild the teacher’s roles. The role orientation does not absolutely deny the traditional roles, but inherit them. So, dissertation author try to probe into teacher roles in information based society with academic thinking and build a clear vision on teacher’s status and effect in new era.The first of this article, the introduction, introduces the origin and the meaning of the research in the area, and comment the exited research. The first chapter, the author try to interpret teacher roles,establish role’s intension, contact the social background and set up the standard of judging the role. Refine out western theories about roles of relevant teachers, which is the foundation of this research. Analyze teacher development course role going through the tradition from role. From traditional metaphor mean, interpret development of role of teacher in the theory.Chapter two, explain teacher role faces the challenge and the difficult position in the information society. Elaborate close relations between the teacher role development and the social change. For example, how renewal the education environment is having, how adjustment the teaching experiences, how change the teacher and student relations and so on. These questions are all affecting the teacher role. At the same time in front of such education impact, the teacher displays what manner in the role construction. But regarding existence question and reason analysis, the correlation research quite are few. This article uses the life interview and the method of inspection with some teaching case. Mainly the question which exists from the teacher role construction carries on the analysis of the knowledge role, the technical role, the moral role and the emotion role and so on, which are facing the difficult position in the education teaching. Then from angles of the knowledge system, information accomplishment, moral thought, we can inquire into reasons of the teacher role experiencing fuzziness, psychology role conflict in the information society.Chapter three, discuss in the information society consummation and construction of teacher role. This article believes the information society needs the teacher to have the innovative ideology and to improve ability with the high information accomplishment. Therefore, based on the new request of the teacher role in the information age, we can rebuild the teacher role from teacher’s special responsibility. The teacher is acting the multiple roles, like the navigator studying the network, the human developing the curriculum resources, the multicultural annotation person, the designer of the future lives, the education cooperation partner and so on. In constructing the tactics, this text improves system of teacher role from integration of the resources and teacher development mainly. On the one hand, using the curriculum resources, the community resources and the interpersonal resources demonstrate new idea of role. On the other hand, exploring the new pattern which the teacher develops, effectively realize basic strategy during the teacher role construction.Information has given new meaning to teachers and also made new demands on teachers, so they must re-examine their roles, and change the structure of their knowledge to be the leader of the information time, and then they can cultivate the people that meet the needs of the time.
