张家口发电厂4号机组协调控制系统优化控制

【摘要】 文章分析了单元机组机炉对象的动态特性,指出机组负荷响应速度主要受锅炉的能量转换特性影响。为满足电网负荷快速变化的要求,文章提出了机炉协调控制方式下几种提高负荷响应速度的方法。文章对DEB协调控制系统的P1/Pt阀位信号、P1/Pt*Psp能量平衡信号和P1+Cb*dPb/dt热量信号的机理进行了分析,从变增益控制的角度介绍DEB协调控制系统的控制思想。文章指出张家口发电厂4号机组协调控制系统存在的问题和影响机组负荷响应速度的因素,针对这些问题对协调控制系统进行改造和优化,通过调整试验使机组负荷响应速度达到电网的要求。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the dynamical characteristics of the boiler and turbine of power plant; it recommends that load responding speed is mainly affected by the characteristics of energy conversion of the boiler. To meet the rapidly changing of load demands, in this article several methods are put forward to raise the load responding speed of coordinated control system.This paper analyses the theory of DEB coordinated control system, including the P1/Pt valve signal, the P1/Pt*Psp energy balancing signal and the P1+Cb*dPb/dt heat energy signal. Theory of variable gain of DEB coordinated control system is also introduced in this paper.This article points out the problems of the coordinated control system and the mainly factors that affecting the responding speed of load in the 4th unit of Zhangjiakou Power Plant. To solve these problems, optimization and adjusting is used. After adjusting tests, responding speed of load can meet the requiring of power grid.
