二次再热机组热经济性分析方法及系统开发研究

【摘要】 在借鉴现有火电机组热力系统热经济性分析方法研究成果的基础上,引入矩阵思想,构建了适于超(超)临界二次再热机组热力系统热经济性分析的矩阵方程。与现有分析方法相比,该矩阵方程中不但矩阵拓扑结构、元素数值分别与实际机组热力系统结构、热力参数具有一一对应的映射关系,可方便地用数学语言表达热力系统的结构特性和热力特性,从而使得针对二次再热机组热力系统分析计算方法更为严谨与科学。给出了详细的计算实例,结合软件工程技术开发出针对二次再热机组的在线监测与能耗分析系统。

【Abstract】 Based on the present coal-fired unit thermal system analysis method, a method of thermal economy analysis of supercritical pressure unit with double reheat cycles was constructed. Compared with the present the supercritical pressure unit with double reheat cycles thermal analysis methods, there is a one-to-one corresponding relationship between the topologic configuration of the matrix equation and actual thermal system configuration, and its matrix element values reflect the thermal parameters of the actual thermal system. The structure and thermal characteristics of the supercritical pressure unit with double reheat cycles thermal dynamic system can be expressed in mathematics conveniently. The paper also developed a software for analyzing the supercritical pressure unit with double reheat cycles thermal efficiency.
