太阳能光伏发电单元综合监控系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文在综合分析国内外太阳能光伏发电监控技术现状的基础上,结合太阳能光伏发电相关专业知识,应用计算机测控技术、数据处理技术、通信技术和自动化技术,提出了用四柱支撑太阳能光伏阵列的方法,建立了光伏阵列跟踪控制和故障检测的数学模型,设计了太阳能光伏发电单元综合监控系统。系统采用分布式结构,上位机与主机之间采用RS-485总线方式连接,主机与各从机间采用I2C总线方式连接。对太阳能光伏阵列跟踪控制技术和故障检测技术进行了充分的研究,综合实现了对太阳能光伏发电单元的实时监测和控制,功能包括:控制光伏阵列跟踪太阳、检测故障电池组件、自动清理光伏阵列表面灰尘、积雪和卸负荷等。通过测试,达到了预期设计要求,具有应用价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the synthetic monitoring system of solar power unit is designed based on analysis of solar energy power generating monitoring technology at home and abroad. The method of using four columns to hold up solar photovoltaic array is proposed.The photovoltaic array tracking control and fault detection mathematical model are established by using solar energy power domain knowledge, technology of computer measuring and controlling, data processing, communication and automatic. The system adopts distributed structure. The RS-485 bus is used to connect between the upper computer and host, while the I2C bus is used to connect between the host and slave. Tracking sun and battery fault detection technologies are fully discussed in this paper, and solar energy photovoltaic power unit is real-time monitored and controlled. System functions include: controll the photovoltaic array tracking sun, detect fault solar battery, automatic clear photovoltaic array’s surface and unloading etc. The testing has proved that the design has met the requirement and has some application values.
