外墙部位传热系数的快速检测方法

【摘要】 建筑能效测评与标识制度是建筑节能的必然趋势,其目的是通过实测来评价建筑物的节能效果。建筑节能检测中最重要的一个指标是建筑物外围护结构主体部位的传热系数(K值)的检测。当前,K值主要的现场检测方法都存在一定问题和不足,如设备笨重复杂,或者是不能在非采暖季进行测试。本文针对当前检测方法中的问题为出发点,研究一种快速、方便、不受季节限制的K值检测方法——简易热流计法。简易热流计法的测试方法采用的是对比测试的方法。本文研究提出了简易热流计法的检测设备、检测流程、数据采集、测试时间等各方面的具体要求,使之成为一套比较完整的测试方法体系。关于简易热流计法的理论,本研究提出了适合本方法的准稳态概念。根据理论对测试所得数据进行了各种情况对测试影响的分析。根据分析结果可知,简易热流计法测试结果与标准方法检测结果拟合很好,并且对符合条件但又有漂移的结果进行修正处理,并给出了修正系数,使之亦能很好的与标准结果拟合,从而证明了简易热流计法的可行性。按照简易热流计法的方法对现场工程进行测试,验证了该方法在设备、时间限制、测试速度等各方面论证了其作为新方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 Evaluation of building energy efficiency and building energy efficiency la-beling system is an inevitable trend, which aims to evaluate the building throu-gh the easured energy savings. Building energy detection of the most important-tindicator is the building exterior envelope of the main parts of the heat trans-fer coefficient (K value) of the test. At present, K value of the main field d-etection methods there are certain problems and deficiencies, such as heavy eq-uipment, complex, or can not be tested in non-heating season.In this paper, the problems in the current detection method as the startin-g point of a fast, convenient, not season-K value of detection-------Simple heat-flow meter method.Simple heat flow meter method is used in comparison tests. This study p-roposes a simple heat flow meter method of testing equipment, testing proced-ures, data acquisition, test time and other aspects of the specific requirements to become a more complete test methodology.Heat flow meter on the simple theory, this study proposes a method for the quasi-steady-state theory. According to the theory of test data from a variet-y of circumstances analysis of the impact on the test. According to analysis r-esults showed that the test results summary Heat flow meter test results with t-he standard method of fitting well and meet the conditions but there are the r-esults of drift correction processing, and gives the correction factor, so also ve-ry good and The results fit the standard, which proves the feasibility of simpl-e heat flow meter method.Simple heat flow meter method in accordance with the method of field e-ngineering test equipment to verify the method, time constraints, test speed, et-c., demonstrates that as a new method.
