基于信息理论的标志设计方法研究

【摘要】 标志设计的目的在于实现信息的及时有效传达。从信息理论的角度出发,思考如何实现标志信息的及时有效传达,有助于更好地进行标志设计。本文首先介绍了信息理论的概念、信息的解析、信息传递模型,为下文的研究提供基础理论支持。接着,提出标志设计的实质是信息设计、标志设计的起源是信息需求、标志设计的目的是信息传达等认识;论证了从信息理论研究标志设计的可行性,为全文的研究提供理论支持。然后,从语法信息、语义信息、语用信息三个方面分析了标志的信息构成;依据信息理论构建了一个标志的信息传达模型,并通过模型分析了标志的信息传达。最后,提出了基于信息理论的标志设计的策略和方法,希望对标志设计的理论和实践提供借鉴。本文的结论是:策略方面,提出了从信息出发的标志设计策略和从受众出发的标志设计策略。方法方面,分别从信息构成和信息传达两个角度,提出了标志设计的几点方法。其中,基于信息构成的标志设计方法包括:一、充分发挥图形、文字和色彩的各自优势和优势互补;二、充分寻求语法信息、语义信息和语用信息的信息完整。基于信息传达的标志设计方法包括:一、信息的简洁是标志设计的关键;二、充分寻求设计师和受众的信息共通;三、充分利用前馈信息和后馈信息;四、尽量减少噪声的干扰。

【Abstract】 The purpose of the logo design is sending information to audience with timely and effective. From the perspective of information theory, that thinking about how to send information to the audience with timely and effectively will help logo design better.Firstly, the paper introduces the conception of information theory, the analysis of information and the model of information convey, that will provide the basical theory for research. And then, the paper put forward that the essence of logo design is the information design; logo design originating from the information requirement and the purpose of logo design is sending information, and demonstrate the feasibility of research of logo design based on information theory; and that support to the research in theory. Secondly, the paper have an analysis of information composition of logo from the perspective of the grammatical information, the semantic information and the pragmatic information; and duilding a model of convey of logo information based on information theory and have an analysis of convey logo information by the model. Finally, the paper put forward the tactic and way of logo design based on information theory, and wish to draw on the experience of logo design in terms of the theory and practice.The conclusion for the paper: in terms of the strategy, the paper put forward the strategy of logo design according to information and the strategy of logo design according to audience. in terms of the methods, the paper put forward the way according to information composition and information convey respectively. Thereinto, the way according to information composition of logo:1.Make full use of advantages of graphics, text and color perspective and combine the advantages of graphics, text and color; 2.Seeking for integrity of grammatical information, the semantic information and the pragmatic information. The way according to information convey of logo:1.The key of logo design is the brevity of information; 2. Seek sufficiently the common information for designer and audience; 3. To utilize sufficiently the feedback information and the feedforward information; 4.As much as possible to minimize interference of noise.
