人工砂石系统工艺及质量控制方法研究

【摘要】 混凝土不仅是基本建设中应用最为广泛的材料,也是结构建筑中相对耗能最低的材料。在水工混凝土中,按体积计砂石骨料约占80%~85%,按重量计约占85%~90%,由此可见砂石骨料的好坏直接影响着混凝土的质量。而砂石骨料的质量要求是随时间的进展而在不断变化,为了满足新的质量要求,就要注意质量控制的动态性,就要随工艺、技术、材料、设备的不断改进,研究新的控制方法。本文查阅大量参考资料,并结合三峡、溪洛渡、向家坝、金安桥等人工砂石系统生产运行经验及实验数据,提出了“以破代磨、多破少磨”半干式制砂工艺这一技术,其工艺及质量控制方法符合了水电建筑快速发展的需要。本文针对人工砂石料生产过程的特有性质,从产品质量控制的概念、影响质量的五大主要因素控制、人工砂石生产产品质量控制方法等出发,首先分析了人工砂石生产运行中如何控制五大因素使成品料各项指标满足要求;其次通过比较不同破碎设备的特性及优缺点,分析了质量控制中设备因素对人工砂石系统工艺及产品质量控制的影响;然后通过干法、湿法两种生产工艺及相关的实验数据比较,分析了质量控制中方法因素对工艺及质量的影响,从中得出采用半干式生产工艺适合现代水电发展既环保又经济的目标;最后,通过对金安桥玄武岩半干法生产进行了实证研究。

【Abstract】 Concrete is not only the capital of the most widely used material, but also the lowest energy structure, the relative building materials. The hydraulic concrete, sand and gravel aggregate by volume in about 80% ~ 85%, by weight about 85% ~ 90%, we can see that sand and gravel aggregate will have a direct impact on the quality of concrete. The sand and gravel aggregate quality requirements of the progress made over time in the ever-changing, in order to meet new quality requirements, we should note that the dynamic nature of quality control, it is necessary with the process, technology, materials, equipment, continuous improvement, study of new control methods. This access to a large number of reference materials, and the Three Gorges, Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba, gold and other Onkyo systems of artificial sand and gravel production operation experience and experimental data, proposed "to break on behalf of the mill, multi-break less grinding" process in this semi-dry sand technology, its process and quality control methods in line with the needs of the rapid development of hydropower construction.In this paper, artificial aggregate of the specific nature of the production process, from product quality control concept, the five main factors affecting quality control, artificial sand and gravel production quality control methods, the starting first analyzed the production of artificial sand how to control the operation of five factors the indicators in the products is expected to meet the requirements; followed by crushing equipment by comparing the different characteristics and strengths and weaknesses, analyzes the factors of quality control equipment, artificial sand and gravel process and product quality control system, the impact; then dry method, wet two kinds of production process and the related experimental data, analysis methods of quality control and quality factors on the impact of technology, from which derived using semi-dry production process suitable for modern hydropower development is environmentally safe and economical goals; and finally, through the basalt and a half Jin’anqiao Dry production of empirical research.
