超燃冲压发动机燃烧室煤油再生冷却研究

【摘要】 再生冷却技术是超燃冲压发动机燃烧室热防护的关键技术,对超燃冲压发动机再生冷却开展深入的理论分析,计算与试验研究,具有非常重要的意义。本文以超燃冲压发动机再生冷却技术为研究对象,采用实验与数值计算相结合的方法,对超燃冲压发动机再生冷却的传热特性进行了分析。首先,对超燃冲压发动机燃烧室再生冷却的传热过程建立了一维传热模型,应用热量传递的经验公式描述了从燃气侧到冷却液侧的换热。分析了煤油在进入超临界态时,物性参数发生的变化,并将煤油物性参数随温度的变化进行了简单的曲线拟合。根据建立的再生冷却系统的一维传热模型,对系统中的内壁材料、内壁厚度、冷却液流量、冷却通道截面积对传热的影响进行了研究。介绍了超燃冲压发动机燃烧室以及冷却结构的初步设计思路,并进行了强度校核。应用自主设计的再生冷却燃烧室,对再生冷却系统的换热过程进行了试验研究。试验中比较了以水和煤油做冷却剂的不同传热特性,并把试验结果与计算结果进行了比较。详细分析了燃烧室壁面破坏的原因,并提出了燃烧室设计的改进措施。应用CFD软件建立三维传热模型,对冷却结构的材料选择(内壁材料,外壁材料)和尺寸设计(流道宽度、流道高度、流道高宽比)进行了研究。得出这些参数条件对冷却效果的影响,并提出了冷却结构的优化设计尺寸。

【Abstract】 Regenerative cooling technology is one of the key technologies to thermally protect scramjet chamber.So it is important to study regeneratively cooled scramjet in depth.Regenerative cooling technology of scramjet chamber was selected for study.In order to investigate the basic heat transfer characteristics of regenerative cooling,The method of experiment and numerical simulation was adopted.One dimensional heat transfer model of regeneratively cooled scramjet was developed.In this method, experiential correlations were used to describe hot gas-side and coolant-side convection heat transfer. The change of super-critical kerosene’s properties was analysed. The state equation which is applicable to the state from liquid to the super-critical in the super-critical pressure was figured out .The parametric studies on the effert of liner material,liner thickness and,coolant mass flow rate and the area of the channel were conducted.The design of regenerative cooling of scramjet chamber was introduced.And the stress was computed. The heat transfer characteristics of water and kerosene were compared in experiment.The calculational data was compared with the experimental data.The reason of the destroy of scramjet chamber was analysed in detail,and the improvement of structure was indicted.Three dimensional heat transfer model of regeneratively cooled scramjet was developed by CFD,in order to get the correlation between material choice,geometry of structure and the heat transfer characteristics.At last getting the optimization design of cooling structrue.
