【摘要】 “没有安全就没有效益”,安全生产永远是企业生产管理中一个永恒的主题,是企业实现可持续发展的重要保障。在我国不断进行市场经济建设、深入进行改革开放的今天,随着社会的不断进步和发展,安全工作处于越来越重要的位置,它关系到国家财产和人民的生命安全,关系到社会的稳定与和谐发展。如何切实做好安全生产工作特别是企业的安全生产管理工作是摆在我们面前的一项重要课题。二十一世纪被称为信息化时代,信息化极大地促进了生产力的发展,并在这个时代的发展历程中打下了深刻的烙印。当今,全国各行各业都在大力开展信息化建设,以适应时代的发展、满足企业生产和人民生活的需要。同样,将信息化手段引入到企业安全生产管理中也是时代发展的必由之路,通过信息化建设也必将引起企业安全管理理念、体系以及手段的革命性变革。课题以占国民经济主导地位的国有企业为例,选取其中的代表—中国建材集团为研究对象,在分析了当前我国企业安全生产管理水平的发展现状及规律的基础上,针对这种大型集团化企业规模大、业态繁杂且分布较为分散的特点,提出了基于B/S结构及各种计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术的企业安全生产信息管理系统的构想,并对建立该系统的关键技术及系统模块的组成进行了分析和研究。该安全生产管理信息系统是企业为安全生产管理机构设计的,其主要功能是实现安全生产管理的计算机化,实现对安全信息的采集、统计、查询、报表输出等过程的计算机处理,并通过万维网形成一个上下联系方便、动态管理、动态监督的格局。通过该系统的建设能够及时发现生产上的安全隐患并做出迅速、正确的处理。它为企业加强安全生产的监管提供一个优秀的网络平台,并通过对重大危险源等的实时监控及信息管理,为企业预防事故发生提供重要的参考。同时,该系统能够有效的存储和管理包括人、物以及周边的环境在内的诸多信息,为企业安全管理和事故应急决策提供重要的依据和手段。在企业安全生产管理信息系统开发的基础上,对企业的安全生产管理体系、流程以及制度进行必要的梳理和再造,使之适应信息化管理的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 "There would be no benefit without security".Safe production will always be an eternal theme of management.It is an important guarantee for the sustainable of a business.Today we are building market economy.Safe production become more and more important during the reform and opening-up.It has something to do with the safe of state property and people’ life and social steady and harmonious development.How to deal with safe production,specially the formation of corporation safe production management,is an important topic for us.Twenty-first century is called information age. Information greatly promote productivity and mark on the development of the century. At present,to adapt development of the times and meet the needs of production and daily life,all walks of life make a great effort to develop information.Similarly,bringing information into safe production management in corporation is the only way to development of the times.Information certainly will make some revolutionary transformation in the idea,system and method of safe management in corporation.China Building Materials Organization,one representative of state-owned enterprise,is chosen as a research object.Based on analysis of the development status and regularity of the present safe production and management of enterprise,in connection with the large scale,complicated format and dispersed distribution of the large corporate enterprise,the author of this paper put the idea concern with information management system of enterprise safe production forward which is based on B/S structure, computer technology, network technology and database technology.Meanwhile,the author does some research and analysis on key technology to build the system and the composition of system module.The information management system of safe production is designed for enterprise management organization.It is mainly used to make the safe production management computerize,deal with the collection,statistics,query and report output by computer,and form a WWW pattern that make connection convenient,management dynamic and supervision dynamic.We can discover the hidden danger in production process so fast that we will solve it quickly and advisably.It offers a successful network platform to strengthen safe management supervision for the corporation.It affords us reference to prevent accidents by real-time monitoring and information management to the meanwhile,the system,which can provide some important basis and method for enterprise safety administration and accidents emergency decision, can store and manage many information including staff,equipment and environment.Based on the MIS development of safe production, the management,process and institution should be necessary to be combed and rebuilt,and it will apply the requirement for information management.更多还原
