燃料电池单片内阻在线检测系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Online Detection System of Single Fuel Cell Resistance

【摘要】 质子交换膜燃料电池清洁环保、节能高效,被认为是今后替代汽车传统内燃机最理想的驱动源。内阻是反应燃料电池运行状态的一个重要参数,对其进行检测具有重要意义。现有的燃料电池内阻检测系统都是离线使用的,为满足在线检测需要,本文研究并设计一套高精度的质子交换膜燃料电池内阻在线检测系统,主要工作如下:(1)阐述了燃料电池的工作原理和特点,分析了质子交换膜燃料电池的试验模型和等效电路,并在对国内外燃料电池内阻研究方法分析比较的基础上,提出了基于EIS法的系统整体设计方案。(2)设计了内阻检测系统两个重要组成部分的硬件电路——底层测控单元和高精度采样处理单元。底层测控单元设计包括MCU最小系统电路设计、光纤CAN接口电路设计,双绞线CAN接口电路设计,485通讯接口电路设计;高精度采样处理单元设计包括数据采集电路设计、直流信号处理电路设计、A/D转换电路设计及处理单元核心电路——由窄带变频滤波器、程控增益放大器和有效值检测器、幅值比相位差检测器组成的交流信号处理电路设计。(3)设计了底层测控单元及高精度采样处理单元软件,对各软件功能模块进行了划分,对其中的各种初始化程序、窄带变频滤波器的设置程序、片外AD转换与DSP之间的SPI通讯程序及各种中断程序进行设计,同时制定了具体的通信应用层协议。设计完成后,在实验室环境下模拟了检测对象,对系统的核心——窄带变频滤波器以及整个检测系统进行了实验,证明了整个系统的高精度的特征,完全能够满足燃料电池单片内阻的在线实时检测。

【Abstract】 Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC), which is clean, green and high energy efficient, is considered the best replacement of traditional internal combustion engine. Resistance is an important parameter and response to fuel cell running conditions. So it’s very important to monitor the resistance of PEMFC. The current resistance testing systems can only run offline. To meet the online needs, this thesis designed a high-precision PEMFC resistance online detecting system. Main contents are as follows:(1) Described the working principles of fuel cells, analyzed the characteristics of the PEMFC test model and the equivalent circuit. After comparing the domestic and international research methods of fuel cell resistance, the thesis proposed a new testing method based on EIS.(2) Designed the hardware of bottom control unit and high-precision sampling processing unit of the system. For the former, the design details contain MCU minimum system circuit, fiber CAN interface circuit, pair-twisted CAN interface circuit,485 communication interface circuit; For the later, the design details contain data acquisition circuit, DC signal processing circuit, A/D converter circuit and AC signal processing circuit. The AC signal processing circuit includes narrowband frequency conversion filter, programmable gain amplifiers, root-mean-square detector and amplitude phase detector.(3) Designed the software of bottom control unit and high-precision sampling processing unit. Specifically, the thesis divided the software modules according to the function. The whole software design includes initialization program, narrowband frequency conversion filters setup filter program, AD converter program, SPI communication program and interrupt program. At last, the thesis made up a communication protocol.At last, the thesis did some experiments about the whole system and narrowband frequency conversion filter. The experiments showed the high precision characteristics of the system and proved the system’s ability to meet the real-time online detection of single REMEC’s resistance.
