连续配筋混凝土路面结构受力机理研究

【摘要】 目前我国高速公路主要采用沥青混凝土和水泥混凝土两种路面结构形式。但是这两种路面类型都存在着多种不容忽视的问题,而在国外已成功应用了数十年的连续配筋混凝土路面(简称CRCP),由此也越来越引起人们的重视。连续配筋混凝土路面是在面层混凝土板内按一定配筋率配置有纵向连续钢筋的刚性路面结构形式。除在特殊位置处设置必须的横向接缝外,面层几乎可以不设任何形式的缩缝,从而形成一条连续、完整的行车道面,克服了普通水泥混凝土路面由于存在各类接缝造成的多种病害,其路用性能大大优于普通水泥混凝土路面。论文依托贵州省交通厅科技项目“连续配筋混凝土路面修筑关键技术研究与工程示范”,采用三维有限元方法建立了CRCP荷载应力分析的有限元模型,分析了路面板厚度、基层厚度、配筋率及配筋位置等结构参数对路面板的受力影响;通过理论推导的方式得出CRCP在温缩和干缩变形影响下的钢筋和混凝土的应力及位移计算的公式,同时分析了裂缝间距、配筋率等计算参数对其受力的影响。然后,通过对裂缝宽度和裂缝间距的分析,从设计、施工等方面提出控制裂缝的措施。最后,根据论文依托项目实体工程的具体情况,介绍了连续配筋混凝土路面的结构设计方法。研究结果为连续配筋混凝土路面的设计和施工提供理论依据,对于进一步发挥连续配筋混凝土路面的优势,提高贵州省高速公路路面使用质量、延长路面使用寿命具有十分重要的现实意义及实用价值。

【Abstract】 At present, China highway mainly uses two kinds of pavement structure, asphalt concrete and concrete form. However, both of them exists a variety of problems which cannot be ignored. In foreign countries, continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) has been successfully applied to several decades, which has also drawn increasing attention in our country. Continuously reinforced concrete pavement is the form of rigid pavement structure which configuration according to a certain reinforcement ratio with a continuous longitudinal reinforcement in the concrete slab surface. In addition to a special place set the horizontal seams, the surface layer almost without any form of contraction joints, forming a continuous, complete carriageway surface, overcoming the ordinary cement concrete pavement because of a variety of diseases caused by various types of joints. The pavement performance is much better than ordinary Portland cement concrete pavement.This article relies on research projects "demonstration projects and key technology research of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement", in Guizhou Province Communications Department. Using three-dimensional finite element method established a CRCP load stress analysis of finite element model, and analyzing the pavement thickness, the grass-roots thickness, reinforcement ratio, reinforcement location and other structural parameters on the influence of the load stress.Obtained Steel and concrete stress and displacement formula through theoretical derivation under the influence of the temperature drop and shrinkage to CRCP, and analyzing crack spacing, reinforcement ratio and other calculation parameters on the influence of the temperature stress. Then, through the crack width and crack spacing analysis, proposed control measures for cracks from design, construction, etc. Finally, the article introduced continuously reinforced concrete pavement structural design methods according to the specific circumstances of the project physical works.The results provide a theoretical basis for the continuously reinforced concrete pavement design and construction. It is important to play the advantages of continuously reinforced concrete pavement further, which has important practical significance and practical value to improve the highway quality in Guizhou Province and extend the pavement service life.
