混凝土桥梁沥青混凝土桥面铺装结构与材料研究

【摘要】 我国近些年在大规模修建高速公路时相应地修筑了大量公路桥梁,桥梁建设中对桥梁结构的设计和施工都十分重视,但对桥面沥青混凝土铺装层应用技术没有引起足够的关注。随着交通量和重型车辆的增加,桥面铺装层的破坏,已成为高等级公路的主要病害之一。虽然,近年来建成或正在修建的高速公路根据经验采取了一些工程措施,然而在交通量与轴载大幅增加的今天却有愈演愈烈之势,设计与施工中暴露的问题也与日俱增。本文主要针对目前混凝土桥梁沥青混凝土桥面铺装层出现的早期破坏进行调研,在总结当前国内外桥面铺装结构分析主要方法的基础上,通过桥面铺装的结构力学分析与铺装层材料试验研究,对混凝土桥梁沥青混凝土桥面铺装进行研究。将为相关的桥面铺装提供设计和施工的理论与试验参考依据,为桥面铺装设计规范化的发展积累资料,促进桥面铺装技术的发展,提高桥面铺装的路用性能和使用寿命,保护桥面板,减少维修,提供一个更好的交通环境。

【Abstract】 Our country should construct the massive highway bridge in the large-scale construction highway phase in recent years. In the bridge construction we takes seriously to the bridge structure design and the construction, but the bridge layer of asphalt concrete pavement applied technology did not arouse sufficient attention. As the traffic of heavy vehicles and the increase in the destruction of the bridge deck pavement, the highway has become one of the main diseases. Although, completed or the highway which in recent years constructed according to the experience has been taking some mechanical control measure, but the volume of traffic and substantial increase in axle load of today have become worse, exposed in the design and construction of the growing problem.This topic mainly aims at the early destruction which the present cement concrete bridge bridge floor asphalt concrete paving level appears to carry on the investigation and study, in the summary current domestic and foreign flooring structure analysis main method’s foundation, through flooring’s structure mechanics analysis and the paving level material testing research, conducts the research to the cement concrete bridge floor asphalt concrete paving. Related to the bridge deck pavement will provide design and construction of the theoretical and experimental basis for the bridge deck pavement design the development of standardized accumulation of information, and promote the development of bridge deck pavement, raising the bridge deck pavement and road performance Life, the protection of bridge decks, reduce maintenance and provide a better traffic environment.
