土塑复合材料在道路结构中的应用研究

【摘要】 该论文针对土塑复合材料在道路结构中的应用进行研究,以废弃塑料、再生塑料等废弃材料作为再生资源材料进行路用土塑复合材料开发,通过设计、试验和研究,形成具有良好道路工程价值的结构材料,以土塑袋土结构材料系列、土塑土工布结构材料系列、土塑纤维土结构材料系列,以及复合再生纤维沥青封条系列的研究和开发,构成了土塑结构系列材料。土塑结构材料是将塑料性质的材料与道路土工材料相结合构成的复合材料,从而构成了适应性强、具有土石结构材料所不具备的特质材料。本论文主要研究了土塑袋土结构材料、土塑土工布结构材料、土塑纤维土结构材料在道路工程中的应用,以便有效解决道路地基的稳定性问题和增强问题;在此基础上进一步延拓封条和焚烧垃圾渣的研发和应用,开发在道路工程建筑材料方面具有应用价值的土塑复合材料。为解决废弃塑料袋的回收产业拓展了一种新的途径,同时,该论文成果对公路建设、环境保护具有较大借鉴和指导意义。

【Abstract】 This paper is to make full use of waste plastics or recycled plastics material for road bed on research, design and experiment. There are plastics-soil bag structure material, plastic-fibrin-soil structure material, plastic geotextile structure material and etc. The plastics-soil structure material is one kind of composite materials combining road bed with the material of the plastics that they are different from the traditional rocky-soil material structure; it has such performance as more adaptability, more intension and more stability for road structure. This paper mainly discussion its use for road bed engineering on plastics-soil bag structure material, plastic-fibrin-soil structure material, plastic geotextile structure material to strengthen road foundation effectively.This research also relates ways of pull waste plastics bag to road materials, this is one good new path to make full use of waste plastics bag and solves the recycle industry of the plastics bag. At the same time, the paper and its suggestion has important significance on road construction and environment protection.
